Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Province of Lucca

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

even though we only spent one night at Silvia's, we can say that the apartment is nice and comfortable, the two rooms are spacious, ideal for those who want to stay in 4, comfortable beds. There were 6 of us and even the sofa bed is comfortable; the large room so there are no space problems even when it is open. The double bathroom is comfortable when there are many. It is in a quiet area. The apartment was tidy and clean. Friendly and welcoming host; we had a commitment nearby and she was very kind to welcome us at the time that was most convenient for us. We also recommend it for summer getaways, if next year we are in the area again it will be the first one we will contact!

Lovely place and host !

We had a wonderful week at Cristina's house in Fabbiano and really enjoyed our break from everyday life there. The house is beautifully integrated into the small, quiet, very romantic place. From the garden you can enjoy a wonderful view of the valley and the mountains and you can also take a nice hike from the house. Cristina's welcome was very warm and made us feel really welcome in her home. We could ask her at any time if we needed advice. The garden is fantastic. Unfortunately, it was already too cold for the pool. We really enjoyed the fireplace instead. Despite the mixed weather, we did a lot because the house is centrally located between the sea, the mountains and some very beautiful cities (e.g. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Since the garden is completely fenced, our dog was also able to move freely the whole time. For small families who love peace and seclusion, the house is ideal

We loved the AirB&B, Raphael responded promptly to all our questions, and Laura, the manager was GREAT upon our arrival, and even when we contacted her, she was always VERY PLEASANT and genuinely helpful.

Very clean and functional accommodation, well equipped. Located less than a km from the beaches and in a very quiet and pleasant residential area, the accommodation is very well located. Francesco was very welcoming. Thank you for this trip!

We loved the place at Capannori and the warm welcome the family gave us. We felt right at home. Our kids enjoyed the swimming pool and garden. The apartment was clean and spacious. Within 12 minutes you are in Lucca, in Capannori itself is a lovely bakery, pastry shop and supermarket.

very large accommodation, pleasant very convenient gated parking very nice hospitality and friendly. the apartment is very well located in relation to the city Small intention on arrival with a bottle of Chianti on the table , sparkling water in the fridge i recommend it.

Very nice and practical apartment. Awesome porch. Two large good bedrooms, and one smaller with bunk beds. Nice location with 10 minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach, somewhat longer to the railway station. Cozy and quiet neighbourhood

Giuseppe and Margherita's place were one of the best places we've stayed. We were welcomed with a wonderful homemade pie and more. The place were spotless and big. The balconies were a bonus. Very close to the old city.

Great place to stay with almost brand new equipment. Vanessa answered very quickly to all of our questions gave us a very nice welcome to Lucca!

There were 4 of us who stayed for a few nights. The apartment and photos are as described and we had a lovely stay in Viareggio. We drove down from a stay up in Lake Como but ended up being late for our agreed check in time with Alfredo. However this wasn’t a problem. He created a short video with clear instructions on how to get into the apartment and we met him later on. He’s a lovely host, gives good advice and is always on standby for any advice or to resolve any minor issues. The place is around a 10-15 minute bike ride from the beach (bikes in basement) and there’s a bakery nearby. It’s a short drive to the promenade, and around half an hour to Pisa and 1.5 hours to Florence. We enjoyed our trip and we were fortunate to find Alfredo’s place was available. Don’t think twice on booking it.

5 stars isn’t enough for how amazing and perfect Serena’s place was. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. We never met Serena but we had the pleasure of meeting Concetta twice and she was very lovely and went out of her way to drive us to and from town (not a long walk but with our bags it was a bit farther then I wanted to walk 😅). But the apartment was wonderful - especially the bathtub! We truly enjoyed our time here and would absolutely recommend to everyone! If you’re lucky enough that this place is available for your dates, do not hesitate - book now!!!

We had a lovely time in Chiara’a apartment in Lucca with our 1.5 year old daughter. It is bright and airy and in a beautiful building. On Friday and Saturday night there was some noise, from a distance but otherwise it is a fairly secluded spot but in the heart of the city.

The apartment is very nice, equipped with everything that makes it a real, equipped and very clean house. The hosts are very friendly, kind and available. From the house it is very fast to reach the Pineta and the main course that runs along the sea. Marco and Oriana

Gemma is a very nice and extremely attentive host. We were greeted with wonderful gifts that brightened our stay. Clean apartment and suitable for families with small children. Convenient parking and just a few meters from the entrance. Experience to be repeated!!!!

The stay at the apartment was simply perfect, super equipped with any comfort that may come back useful to make the guest feel at home, impeccable cleanliness and Nicoletta is always available, precise in communications and super kind in making us find, upon our arrival, welcome thoughts both for us adults (Chianti wine with two glasses!!) and for our little ones . surely in the future if we decide to return to the parts of Viareggio, we will know where to go!! super recommended apartment and hosts!!!

nice apartment in quiet neighborhood

This was our ideal vacation home! Spacious patio with jacuzzi, comfortable interiors with beautiful bedroom views overlooking a large garden and a location just down from the main piazza. We found the host to be kind, knowledgeable and accommodating…

The location itself is breathtakingly gorgeous, the apartment in traditional style was clean and adequately furnished, the kitchen thoughtfully equipped. The hosts on site were charming, very friendly and readily available. We thoroughly enjoyed the pool. Giuseppe was also quickly available if necessary.

We stayed at Fabrizio's place for two nights and it was just amazing. He was always available for us and even took us from the train station to the property. The apartment is great for visiting Viareggio, we were happy to use the bicycles offered and could easily explore Viareggio. The apartment left nothing to be desired!!!! Thank you!
