Outside you can enjoy a large private and fenced garden, covered garage for cars, games for children, and washing machine. Dive into the plunge pool with sweeping views of the Mediterranean Sea. For adventurous travelers who will appreciate the 10-minute panoramic walk to the house (we will transport your luggage and groceries by tractor). The magical view of the world below with the coast on the horizon which can be enjoyed from every room of the house and from the entire olive orchard with its walking paths and plunge pool with waterfall. Being a pedestrian village, Metato is quiet and peaceful. Yet, the beach and many great places to visit are a short drive away- Pisa, Florence, Lucca, the marble quarries of Cararra, Pietrasanta, Viareggio.... Guests have exclusive access to the pool and property. Metato is a friendly litttle village in the hills overlooking the Mediterranean Sea. There is a quaint family-run restaurant in the village that serves local homemade dishes at a very reasonable price. Our pedestrian village tends to attract kind people in search of peace and quiet and a proximity with nature. Time seems to go by more slowly here. It is a perfect base for families who want to explore Tuscany and the beaches of the Versilia coast. The home is in a beautiful, quiet location on a hill surrounded by olive orchards and vineyards just a 10-minute walk from the parking lot. Explore the medieval village of Metato where fireflies and breathtaking views await. Take an invigorating hike or head to the beaches a short drive away. There is a parking lot at the base of the village where you can park the car. The village itself is pedestrian but I am happy to greet guests at the parking lot on their arrival to transport their luggage, groceries and whoever wants to ride to the house with my little Italian tractor! The nearest airport is Pisa (45-minutes by car). All the major car rental places can be found there. The nearest train station is Viareggio.

"Le Casette" holiday home

Le Casette is located about 600 meters above sea level, immersed in the tranquility of an authentic small village on a high hill above Metato, with breathtaking views that stretch from the Apuan Alps to the sea. The last 1.5 km are a panoramic, narrow, and steep route through the countryside, which can only be traveled by compact 4x4 vehicles. For this reason, you will find absolute peace here. For your convenience, the owner provides a Fiat Panda 4x4, to be used exclusively from the house to the Metato parking lot and back.

The small Tuscan cottage is located in a small historic village 3 minutes from the center of Camaiore at the foot of the Apuan Alps, in 10 minutes you can reach the sea and the house is located between Pisa Lucca and the Cinque Terre. The house consists of a living room with a kitchen and a comfortable sofa bed, and upstairs there is the double bedroom, the bedroom with a cot for children and the bathroom. The house is equipped with a smart TV, toaster, 4-burner stove, electric oven, iron, washing machine.

The kitchen is equipped with a 4-burner stove, electric oven and microwave and equipped with Wi-Fi, 40" smart TV, washing machine, barbecue in the garden.

Tiziano's cozy home

The house is 2 km from the center of Camaiore, 10 km from the sea, 25 minutes from Lucca and Pisa, 15 minutes from Pietrasanta. The apartment is a completely renovated part of the house overlooking Monte Prana, overlooking a porch and a garden with swimming pool surrounded by greenery. I will always be available for anything you need. I only use the entrance to the parking space. From June to September, tourist tax is due on site.

Frantoio: remodeled ancient olive oil mill

Frantoio is a charming portion of a Tuscan cot located in Orbicciano, half way between Lucca and Versilia. It used to be the olive oil mill of the 17th century farm it is part of. The house is located on top of a hill with olive trees, cypress, vineyards and lavender all around. In an old body of a magnificient estate, the house offers the possibility of a relaxing vacation in the peace and silence of luxirant countryside.
