Smoking-friendly holiday rentals in Calasetta

Josephina was very friendly and punctual. The house is on 3 floors with a space outside where you can eat and private parking space. The location is great, 3 minutes walking distance from Calasetta beach and 5 minutes on foot from downtown. Highly recommended!

Angela and his wife have built a wonderful place! The photos don’t do justice to this nugget of paradise. You won’t want to go anywhere else and just enjoy the place.

Raffaela's place was just as described - quite spacious with 2 good sized bedrooms, 1 bathroom and a useful en suite wc/sink for one of the bedrooms. It's in the newer part of Carloforte just outside the old district, about 6-8 mins walk to cafes, restaurants and maybe a 10 min walk to catch the ferry back to Sardinia or nearby Calasetta. The kitchen was quite well equipped if you want to eat in, with a lovely outdoor eating place. There's no wi-fi or air con but the mobile service was pretty good. Overall, it's a good value, very convenient option if you want to stay on the lovely island of San Pietro. If you don't mind a bit of walking, it's somewhere you can stay without a car and use local buses or bike rental to get to some lovely beaches and beauty spots. Silvia, who took care of us, was very attentive and helpful. She immediately responded to all inquiries and was very helpful with tips on dining and nearby getaways. We visited Porto Paglia in May, which is off-season and were extremely satisfied. The whole neighborhood is full of magical paths for walks, blooming and scented nature, beautiful sunsets, and absolutely empty beaches. If someone is looking for a quiet and welcoming environment right by the sea, then in May this place is absolutely great. The place is well-equipped and clean. A private parking spot is a nice bonus. We were allowed to stay with our dog at Mirella and Claudio's. The small house is located in its beautiful garden with many old olive trees. They provided us with good excursion tips in all directions and were happy to be available for Italian conversation. The house is equipped with everything you need. Nice restaurants are within walking distance and you can quickly reach the beach by car. We highly recommend the casetta degli olive.

We had a great stay at Marco's! We were very warmly greeted by him & his son & provided with great recommendations. The garden & cottage are very pretty, well maintained & well equipped. Everything was prepared, even for our baby. From this oasis in the countryside, you can explore the area wonderfully - we would have preferred to stay longer than 5 nights.

House in a quiet location. Quiet and peaceful environment.

The house is in a quiet and private location and in a great location to visit the beautiful nearby beaches. The house was very clean and Marco and his family made us feel at home. The welcome drinks and fruit were really appreciated. Highly recommended. We will definitely be back.

Great place, spacious and in the center ofSant'antioco. The idea of the cards around the house to give various directions is nice. Only note, it's a bit tiring to roam and prick in the area with a large car

The house is really very, very nice, very welcoming and equipped with all the comforts. Graziella is also very helpful, very kind and even allowed us to stop a little more than the scheduled time. From the house the sea is very close, unfortunately we could not go for our own reasons but the vacation was still very pleasant. The top is the view from the garden: there is no better thing to dine in front of a sunset on the sea or having lunch in front of the sea... we will be back!

We stayed in 3, 2 adults and 1 child at Fabio's house, we had a great time. The house is as described, spacious, clean and with all the necessary and useful services and comforts. The area is very quiet and safe, Fabio is a great host, very kind and helpful and immediately ready to answer our questions and needs, as well as having given us all the necessary information for our stay in Porto Pino (supermarkets to go to and beaches to see). We liked it so much that we will definitely be able to return. Next time, I 😀 can only recommend Casa Rossa

The apartment is spacious and bright with a spacious and comfortable terrace overlooking the salt pans. Extremely clean and equipped with everything you need. Central but quiet area, a location from which you can visit the center on foot but also move easily to the beaches and the rest of the island both by car and scooter. Federico was courteous and helpful both in terms of flexibility of schedules and in providing us with directions to places and restaurants worth checking out. A week-long stay in which we felt at home. Highly recommended

The accommodation was impeccable in terms of cleanliness and the amenities offered (the only "mole", if we really want to find one, is the lack of a dishwasher). The enviable and priceless location: going to Porto Pino beach on foot was the non plus ultra! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had an amazing time going to the attractions around the island and definitely good to have a car. If you would’ve had to walk everywhere, the hills would’ve been a challenge for us 70+ year olds. Once we got ourselves to the waterfront, finding parking wasn’t too hard and we enjoyed our gelato and pizza.

We had a good experience with Andrea’s place and communication was great. Beds were comfortable and the location was ideal.
