Beautiful Views directly from the living quarters. Clean and well appointed. Shared pool was great. Hosts provided good communication

The stay was very nice. Everything was as described, great apartment for a couple, grandiose large terrace, great area. Unfortunately, not all restaurants were open yet out of season in mid-April and we could not use the pool. Of course, we knew that before, but it was a pity because it looked very inviting in the sometimes sunny weather. Otherwise, we would also give 5 stars for price/performance. Matteo and Katia's tips and quick helpful responses were great. It was also great that the two air conditioners quickly filled the bedroom and the living-dining area with warmth.

The view from the terrace is great and otherwise you actually lack little in the apartment. In some cases, the equipment as well as the kitchen utensils are a bit outdated, and the lower terrace could also be renovated again, which we did not find super disruptive. We would mist definitely visit again.

veronica's place stands out for the quantity and quality of the equipment in general, kitchen, linens, there is really everything you need. the dishwasher is a plus, very welcome. the patio is perfect for those who love living outdoors, the thin curtains for privacy are perfect. the tent that covers the courtyard keeps a little warmth out. the uphill location makes it difficult to walk to the beach if you don't have a good leg but often brings a pleasant breeze, priceless. the view of the lagoon is beautiful, the parking lot, practically in front of the house, often in the shade of a pine tree. what about the area, amazing for the white beaches and rich and wild vegetation. i really hope to be back!

We had a very pleasant holiday, the accommodation is very well located, in a small village with all amenities (restaurants, cafe, bakery, supermarkets, ice cream shop, ...) and a pretty beach nearby. Andrea is an available and friendly host. Thanks!

The apartment is large and fresh. Equipped with everything you need to spend a pleasant vacation, equipped with two beautiful bathrooms each with shower. The living area is in continuity with the outside (large terrace including outdoor shower and a beautiful barbecue area) and located not far from the center and just 400 meters from Sottotorre beach. The Grande beach and the Saline are also easily accessible. Approved with full marks for a relaxing family vacation.

Beautiful house, great for large families, close to the center of Carloforte (about a 5-minute walk) but not too much so you can rest without being disturbed by nightlife. Raffaela is a exquisite person, helpful, welcoming, attentive, discreet and understanding. In short, if someone plans to visit the beautiful Island of San Pietro, its beaches, its characteristic places and stroll through Carloforte stopping to taste the typical cuisine in one of the many restaurants, then we recommend staying at Lo Sparviero Casa Vacanza di Raffaela.

A beautiful villa, only 1 minute away from a crystal blue beach. We absolutely loved our stay there and really want to go back another summer! Fabio was really nice and accommodating. It has everything you need and I really recommend his place. 10/10 :)

A wonderful place right by the sea with an amazing view and a most comfortable and beautiful house. We loved the terrace and the beach is especially beautiful with a lot of different things to discover for the kids.
