Calasetta è un meraviglioso paese sul mare, tranquillo e magico. Questo fantastico alloggio con tanto spazio è situato a 5 minuti a piedi dalla prima spiaggia (Sottotorre). Le altre due spiaggie (Le Saline e Spiaggia grande) sono a pochi minuti di macchina. La casa è nel centro del paese. La casa è composta da una grande camera con letto matrimoniale, un'altra cameretta con letti singoli o componibile in matrimoniale, un grandissimo salone doppio con divano letto, cucina e bagno.

Brand-new two-level house with a huge garden (3,000 m² -32292ft² ), a private swimming pool, and just a 7-minute walk from Spiaggia Grande Beach. Set in the countryside and surrounded by unspoiled nature, it offers peace and privacy while staying close to the sea. Every year we focus on improving our guests’ comfort. For 2026, we completely renovated the kitchen and added a dishwasher and a large fridge, plus an automatic gate at the entrance for easier access.
