Clean apartment, tastefully furnished and equipped with all comforts (air conditioners in all bedrooms, washing machine, dishwasher and TV). Large garden to fully enjoy, eating out in the shade and/or using the large masonry barbecue with attached sink, which I also used more to clean the fish thus avoiding dirtying and smelling in the house. Convenient car parking outside the house. Flavia has been, since booking, always available for directions and tips on streets, beaches, and shops in the area. Overall, a more than positive experience for the home, its condition and the host's availability.

The house is almost perfectly equipped and offered us a superb accommodation for a week-long stay with friends. We were able to enjoy the vast outdoor space, especially for our meals. A thank you to Debra for her availability during our stay!

Amazing sea view, large garden with many shady places to relax, spacious but cozy cottage. We especially loved that we could use four kayaks to explore the shore. One morning some dolphins came by really close (maybe 20m from the shore) and I managed to jump into a kayak in time :-) Awesome experience!

We stayed in Marco and Gabriella's house for 10 days. We felt like at home. It is very tastefully decorated! The kitchen was so perfectly equipped that we liked to cook ourselves and then ate on the terrace with a magnificent sea view. At night, the house is beautifully illuminated. The first great beaches can be reached by car in about 10-15 minutes. Marco gave us a lot of tips on beaches and restaurants. He told us which beaches are best protected from the winds (Sciorroco or Mistral...). Incidentally, we named the little turtle Siggi😉. It was a great stay. We'd love to come back!♥️♥️♥️

This beautiful villa is a perfect base camp for a peaceful sport family holiday with a car. A lot of hiking & biking possibilities, a large, nice garden with toys & playing possibilities for kids and beach nearby. The beds are comfortable and house has all necessary amenities. The third room is a mezzanine, good for sleeping (e.g. for bigger kids) but too low for adults to stand, access with steep wooden stairs (visible in the pictures). In practice the house ideally hosts one (large) family rather than two couples (with kids). Garden nicely decorated with great plants & night lights, beautiful views to the surrounding mountains.

What a beautiful place to stay! So clean, so tranquil, so spacious. Valeria was so responsive. I will absolutely stay here again when I am back in Nuxis!

Had a great stay at Suestellas. It was all very straightforward, Alice is a very friendly and helpful host who is not intrusive at the same time. The equipment of the house is completely adequate. The kitchen has the most necessary things to cook for yourself. The garden is huge, so the kids can let off steam. Our kids had fun! Unfortunately, nothing was ripe in the fruit and vegetable garden at the time of year. We especially liked the great quiet location, the barbecue oven and the outdoor shower with hot water :)

We had a very relaxing holiday in Sant Antioco. The house is comfortably furnished and the outside area is particularly pleasant to use with the large terrace as well as the garden shower. Federico is a very professional and at the same time extremely likeable host. We will be happy to come back.

We stayed at the Villa di Giampiero and Valentina for ten days. The house is steps away from the sea in a quiet and comfortable area to reach Carloforte. The 4 bedrooms are spacious and comfortable, like the rest of the house that was recently tastefully renovated. We really appreciated the patio where we always had dinner and the barbecue area with a very comfortable outdoor shower. Valentina was welcoming and very helpful.

Our stay in this villa was exceptional. The location was perfect next to Coaquaddus and the views were stunning. Everything was clean, comfortable, and incredibly convenient. Check in and out was very easy, and Sergio + Emilye were always available and there was great communication throughout. This was one of the best places I have ever stayed, and am deeply grateful for the experience!

This house has all the merits: 1/ charm and beauty go hand in hand with comfort and functionality, a loving and clever restoration where no detail has been left to chance 2/ location, sheltered in a quiet area with a pool and a very pleasant garden, 1 minute walk from two very well-stocked supermarkets and 5 minutes always on foot from the port and from the center of beautiful Carloforte. 3/ the owner Daniela is also warm and welcoming, always available for any eventuality and full of great tips and information about the island.

It was a great location , very easy to move around to local beaches. Novella is very responsive for any issues and communication. We were very happy with our stay!

Our family; two adults, and three children (3, 6 and 9 years old) spent a wonderful week at Margherita’s place. The house was very clean, with a nice garden, and quiet and private surroundings. There is a large terrace in the shade, perfect for relaxing. Three bedrooms, but for one of them you have to go outside of the house and up some stairs. The pool was great; half of it was shallow (the two eldest kids could stand there) and the other half was very deep (perfect for jumping, even for adults). We had a great time!

A place to go off the big crowds in the north of Sardinia. Can recommend location, house and host. Nicely furnished. A couple of details that needed fixing and were, partly, taken care for. Price/experience ratio on the higher side.

The house is very quiet and idyllically located on an unpaved road just outside the village, which can still be reached on foot. From the house, through the large panoramic windows and from the terrace, you have a magnificent view over the beautiful landscape to the sea. The house was clean, very well equipped, spacious, modern and fully air-conditioned. Stephanie was always available, the few problems that occurred during our stay (failure of electricity and water supply after a storm) were resolved impressively quickly. We felt extremely comfortable at the place and had a great vacation.

Upon arrival in Carloforte we were greeted by Marinella, who accompanied us to the house, she was very kind and very helpful. The house matches the description perfectly, it is equipped with everything, we appreciated the outdoor spaces very much, in general all the rooms are very warm and cozy as a real house! The outdoor space also offers a barbecue and the pool is perfect for relaxing at sunset after a day at the beach. Everything was perfect for us!!

Where do we even start! This place is amazing! The villa is huge! We hired both the ground appartment and also the 1st floor apartment. Even though there was 10 of us, it felt very spacious and we didnt feel crowded. The grounds are vast and the pool is massive. It felt more like a small hotel - lots of rooms and lots of space. Francesco was very helpful and accomodating - even though we do not speak Italian and he did not speak English, we managed to communicate without any problems. We had a perfect week at the villa!!

Very nice location on the slope with a view of the pool and sea, equipment fits, Alessandro immediately responded to requests and made extras possible. Only the seating on the terrace could be a little more comfortable, otherwise great.

We had a fantastic stay in Marie Jose's place with our two year old son. The location is great for local beaches and sights and the view is stunning from the bedrooms and front garden. Our host was friendly and very helpful recommending his favourite beaches and beautiful spots nearby, especially for our young son!

A bit hard to get around, so I would recommend renting a car. Besides that, the property was beautiful and peaceful.
