Holiday rentals with a patio in Calasetta

Hi Francesca, thanks again for the attention 🍷and the nice welcome. We felt comfortable in the apartment and had everything we needed. In the area there are small simple restaurants as well as small shops. From the terrace you have a very good view of the sea with sunset.

We were warmly welcomed by Morena, the daughter of the hosts. She had prepared a little something for us in the form of something sweet, olive oil and schnapps and even filled the fridge. She also gave us numerous great recommendations for beaches, excursions and restaurants – all were really outstanding. The apartment was spotlessly clean and the surroundings very quiet. Due to the central location of the accommodation, we were easily able to take various excursions, and the nearby beaches are among the most beautiful I have ever visited. From the terrace you can enjoy a fantastic view of the mountains and the sea. We didn't miss anything and we felt right at home. The apartment was spacious and I would book it again at any time! Thank you for this wonderful stay!

Responsive hosts, courteous , no communication issues The apartment was impeccably clean! There were all the necessary kitchen utensils, of good quality; as well as dishwasher , washing machine, air conditioning in all rooms , spacious bathroom .. beach essentials; the place is in a complex , very quiet and secure a few km from the first beaches On the other hand , the apartment being on the ground floor, it is dark in the parental room, bathroom and kitchen; the bedding is a little hard but it's only my taste The garden with BBQ , table and chairs is a plus we enjoyed We recommend this property for a stay in the south near the beaches.

Great location set in a beautiful, well maintained garden with Pool (which is still closed at the moment before the season). 10min drive to Iglesias city centre and supermarkets, 25min to Nebida. Be sure to visit the impressive Grotte di S. Giovanni, 10min from the accommodation! We loved the archways around the house, which have some nice shade in the warm days.

The flat is confortable and well located for family holidays. Ilenia is very responsive and flexible. I can recommend this place.

We had a very nice stay at Valentina's. The place is very nice and lovingly designed, very clean and equipped with everything you need. The garden is a dream. The surrounding area (there are only a few houses), is a bit secluded and very quiet. You have to go there, we liked it very much.

we stayed in the house for 5 nights with two children and dog and felt very comfortable. Despite the wind and weather, you have a good opportunity to eat and linger on the terrace. We had our bikes with us and were able to explore the surrounding beaches. Also worth mentioning are the comfortable beds and the beautiful bathroom. Overall, a very good mix of old and new!

The beautiful, spacious apartment is one of four and has many private outdoor seating options and a well-maintained, shared pool. With our two small children, we spent wonderful 8 days here and enjoyed the pool very much for us, as none of the other apartments were occupied. The kitchen is well equipped, the apartment is sparkling clean. The beds were rather hard for our taste. Great for us were the mosquito nets on all windows and the shutters to darken the rooms completely. Even though we didn't meet Rita in person, she was a wonderful hostess. Always available and made sure we had everything. We would highly recommend this place to families, couples, friends and many more and thank the hosts warmly for everything.

Perfect stay! Chiara and Livio were impeccable hosts: very kind, always available and with very quick responses. The house is really nice, very comfortable and, to my great surprise, much bigger and more spacious than it looked in the photos (it's usually the opposite!). Very clean, cared for in every detail and complete with everything you need to feel right at home. An excellent experience in every aspect. Highly recommended!

We had a pleasant stay, with family, in the Schubert villa. Very well equipped. Francesco is a welcoming host and very responsive to any concerns. The sea view is very beautiful. In terms of cleanliness of the house and impeccable linen. We were lucky enough, at this time, to hear the deer's bellow and see does. We will be back.

Couple vacations, we had a really good time at the place. The house is surrounded by nature and there is an incredible peace! Equipped with everything you need and everything is very functional. I recommend reviewing the drain a bit because both on the sink and in the shower and in the bidet, the water is a bit difficult to go down, but with a few precautions you manage everything well the same. Daniele and Valentina were very kind to us and always very available to respond to calls and messages, even flexible on check-in time. Reserved parking spot (not entirely suitable for sports/low cars, but also here with a little caution you do everything). A note of merit for the cleanliness of the house because when we arrived it was really impeccably clean. Small welcome kit with milk, water, various jams and a couple of snacks, much appreciated! In conclusion, I would definitely recommend this accommodation, which as a value for money is really great!☺️ It explains neighbors!

Good place for a couple of days close to Porto Pino

I stayed in this apartment for a few days with my family and we had a good time. The location is really convenient: perfect for getting around even on foot, with everything you need at your fingertips. The apartment is cozy and well-kept. The host was always available, kind and attentive, ready to help us with any need.

great stay in this charming cottage, perfect for our family of 3 children! in these hot weather, the air conditioning was very appreciated, the house is in pristine condition, the bedding is good and the kitchen is very well-equipped! a real plus is all the touches left by Maria Elena: fresh water, tea, coffee, fruit juice, pasta, wine, Sardinian cakes and honey, as well as shampoo, laundry detergent, household products, tel chargers, ... in short, you feel like home! the proximity to the bakery and supermarket as well as the small shops in the city center are a real plus. From the island you can easily go to the nearby island of San Pietro and visit the south of Sicily and its beautiful beaches!

The stay was very pleasant, Corrado is a host available and attentive to the needs of his tenants. He provided us with clear directions on the best places to visit and the most significant attractions nearby. The house is beautiful, equipped with all the necessary amenities and large outdoor spaces; the price is absolutely worth the accommodation offered, if we return to the area we will definitely think of Corrado!

Fanny's apartment is really a little gem in Carloforte. In the heart of the city, very convenient to walk to clubs and restaurants, it was really a pleasant surprise.
