Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Cagliari

Our stay in the villa was positive, we stayed several days and we found everything we needed on every occasion. The property is located in a very quiet residential area, a perfect starting point to visit the Costa Rei and Cagliari. The well-kept garden, exclusive to the house, guarantees the possibility of enjoying outdoor lunches and dinners in complete privacy. The sleeping area is quiet and keeping the window of the skylight open we didn't even need to turn on the air conditioner. Note the availability and responsiveness of the host: on the last day of our stay there was an inconvenience, but Silvia was readily available to resolve. We also really appreciated the fact that you welcomed us personally.

The view and the beautifully landscaped garden make you feel like you're on holiday. You can enjoy the view very well on the Hollywood swing. If you get up early enough, you can experience a great sunrise! We were there at the end of May and it was very quiet. The house could be well ventilated and we enjoyed the fly screens! In the kitchen, there was nothing missing - spices, pasta, oil, cutlery, coffee, milk, water, aluminum foil, kitchen roll, beach umbrella, etc! That was great and you need to buy less stuff. The only thing missing is a dishwasher! The contact was great and fast. 20min walk to the beach is true, but you have to go up the entire mountain again ~85 meters in altitude and this is very difficult, for example, with a small child/buggy or bicycle in the temperatures. Parking is great and right at the house, as you need the car for shopping. The entrance area has many steps and the house is relatively narrow. The open garden makes up for it.

The owner was always available for us and regularly inquired whether everything was to our satisfaction and also gave us valuable tips about the region. The quiet location and the view are particularly noteworthy. Also the possibility to cook outside was a nice feature.

The garden/yard is fantastic. It made the space truly remarkable. I hope to stay here again when I come back.

We really enjoyed our stay in Calaverde, near beautiful beaches. The house has all the details and amenities to make your stay excellent. He waited for us with dough, breakfast, wine, ice cream, etc... this shows that he cares a lot about his guests. He always answered any questions or requests we had on the spot. We were 2 couples and the fact that one of the bathrooms did not have a shower was not an inconvenience since the shower outside was perfect for bathing comfortably. The only drawback I could mention was that you can't get to the house by car and the access with suitcases on an uneven path of slabs was somewhat difficult, this is the neighborhood and not Ludovica. Thank you very much for everything!!

This is an absolutely stunning airbnb situated in the lovely town of Torre Delle Stelle. Our check in was extremely easy, with Alice meeting us at a convenient time and showing us around. She was extremely kind and helpful throughout, offering (and even booking) local restaurants for us - which was lovely. The house itself is clean, well kept and air conditioned. The pool is lovely and warm, and kept clean with salt rather than chlorine. It is no more than a 3 min walk directly on to the beach, and only 10 min walk to some lovely restaurants and a bar/shop. We had a wonderful stay and I would strongly recommend if you are visiting Sardinia! Special thanks of course to Alice

The house is amazing, best view! We enjoyed it a lot. A car is needed to get to places.

All in all, a perfect holiday and a great accommodation. The amenities were great and everything you need was available. There were also practical things for the beach, such as a parasol or a cooler bag with cooling packs. The way to the nearest supermarket was very short and the beautiful dream beaches are all not far away. You can also easily walk to the city centre itself. The apartment was very clean too. The only and unfortunately a big problem was the bed, which was far too hard. Unfortunately, we did not have a relaxed sleep. Still highly recommended! Everything was exactly as stated. It was a clean, very spacious apartment. Nicola was friendly and responsive. There were also some lovely surprises - beautiful hikes with spectacular views, which Nicola had mapped out for us. The nearby park/nature reserve where we saw flamingos in plenty. The number 5 bus terminus was nearby and we got great value for the €12 weekly bus ticket. Nicola's place is only 10-12 minute walk to two beaches. We had a wonderful stay. Thanks Nicola.

We enjoyed our stay in Stefano's apartment. The flat is very well equipped in everything you need to spend time in comfortable way. Great view from the upper terrace. Stefano is very friendly, caring host. The apartment is located in quiet part of Villasimius, walking distance to the city center. I would recommend to anyone looking for accomodation in Villasimius.

Marzia’s place was phenomenal! An excellent location to explore Villasimius and surrounding areas. Marzia was an excellent host despite not being physically in Villasimius. Marzia offered a lot of advice on things to do and places to go. The Pizzeria below the AIRBNB offered quick and easy food if you were in a pinch. The balcony was a nice place to have a morning coffee or relax. The electric retractable awnings sheltered you from the sun when on the balcony, a nice touch! We spent our days exploring beaches and did a snorkelling tour one day. Overall will definitely stay here again next time we are in Villasimius!

Very nice accommodation, from which the sea can be reached in just a few minutes on foot. The location in the holiday village is very quiet and beautiful, surrounded by pine trees, but you definitely need a car, which was already known at the time of booking (parking available in abundance). The kitchen was very well equipped (including. dishwasher) and the terrace is an absolute plus. The missing air conditioning did not bother us much (stay in early June) Would recommend the place.

Everything met our expectations, from the accommodation to the quality and beauty of the services in the Costa Rey area. Paolo helped us with absolute kindness and helpfulness in dispensing culinary and extraculinary advice. Ours is definitely a goodbye and see you soon!

Fantastic accommodation in a great location and very nice owners!

Fulvia and Danilo welcomed us as if we were family. The apartment is small but complete with everything and with spaces designed to the millimeter just to be functional. The real gem of the house, however, is the outdoor space with a beautiful garden at our disposal. The area is tactical as it is logistically close to the main beaches of the south-east of Sardinia up to the most distant one of Costa Rei which with the new variant can be reached in about 40 minutes. Finally, the proximity to Cagliari is not to be underestimated, both for the myriad of services that a city offers in case of need, and to vary the vacation a little without "having to" (with many quotation marks) necessarily go to the beach.
