Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cagliari

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

We had some wonderful days at the house that offered great spaces, billiards and ping pong tables as well as in a very good location close to amazing beaches. The host replied very quickly and the communication was quick and easy with local tips. Highly recommend the property.

We had a wonderful stay at Emanuela’s apartment and everything was perfect. Very proactive communication and guidance on things to do and places to eat. The views from the terrace were incredible and the light and spacious apartment made us feel very relaxed and happy. We would definitely love to stay again. 😊

Coffee, chips, juices and water already provided at the reception Kitchen even equipped with spices, pasta, vinegar, oil, etc., plenty of dishes and utensils very clean, beautiful view to the sea, quiet location great and easy communication with Taty, always available and always with tips and recommendations to help absolute recommendation!!!

We had a great week at Mario's place. The accommodation is impeccable and comfortable in a quiet environment and with a beautiful garden with direct access to the sea. Mario has communicated with us throughout our stay to see if everything is going smoothly. He guided us before our trip and sent us many good addresses whether convenient or touristy. Mario is very attentive with his hosts, and small touches awaited us upon our arrival (fruits, drinks ,breakfast...). We highly recommend Mario for your stay in Sardinia, you will not be disappointed either by the accommodation or by Mario.

We enjoyed the house very much. The children were able to play great in the garden. The beach in Costa Rei is beautiful and easy to walk to. The huge refrigerator is great if you're traveling as a group. The communication was super nice and always helpful. Unfortunately, everything was closed in April except for a restaurant in the village and there was plenty of construction work at the neighboring houses.

The apartment was perfect. Lots of good resturants and cafes next to the apartment. Close to Cagliari centre, marina, bus stops and train station, but really quiet at the same time. Apartment was very clean and larger than we expected. Well-equipped kitchen and bathroom. Really good communication with the host, with lots of local recommendations. Definitely recommend for your stay in Cagliari! :)

Beautiful well-equipped apartment in a very quiet and secure neighborhood. Supermarkets are 10 minutes walk, the most beautiful beaches can be reached by car in just 15 minutes. Lisa is absolutely charming and efficient. Will stay again.

Best Air bnb we have stayed in. the bungalow and garden are simply amazing. We had the best week with our children who loved the magical garden. Everything you need for a holiday is there ( beachtowels, umbrella, gemessen etc). The decor inside the house is lovely and gives it a very nice beach vibe. Paolo, who did the check in, was very sweet and even provided food and Snacks and wine for us on arrival.

Walter is a very helpful and kind person, I stayed two nights with my wife and daughter and we had a great time, the area is quiet, the beach and the area are very nice, unfortunately in December everything is closed regarding restaurants and pizzerias

Very nice house, two blocks from the beach. From all rooms you can get to terraces. The bus right on the beach runs into town every 20 minutes. Heating in all rooms, we were there in April, that's already good. Good amenities, everything is there. Some old pans could be replaced. Supermarket within walking distance. A few nice chairs in the garden would still be great. And thank you to Daniela for the great care when checking in and out and the many tips.

Villarotonda was superior to every aspect. Nearby the most beautiful beaches of Villasimius. Large and comfortable spaces. House provided for any need. A place you want to come back to.

We had a great time at Daniel's apartment. The apartment is located right on the beach with a beautiful view of the sea. Everything was clean and Daniele was very friendly and helpful. With two children, we had everything we needed for a nice vacation. We particularly liked the outdoor kitchen and the beautiful private beach with SUPs. We will be happy to come back!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

Hands down the best air b&b we’ve ever stayed at! The property is absolutely stunning and our hosts were so incredibly friendly and helpful. We didn’t ever want to leave!!! The gardens, the pool and views were just so extremely beautiful! Felt like we found a little piece of heaven. The onsite restaurant was also delicious and just so magical at night. Don’t hesitate to book this stay!

The house is located in a very quiet and peaceful area, there is a supermarket about 200 meters away and some pizzerias and bars about a 10-minute walk away. The pool is really very large, the door to the sea is fantastic and the sea is great for a refreshing dip or snorkeling. The accommodation is very comfortable, and there is a large living room from which you can see the sea. Anna Rita and Riccardo were great hosts always available for any request or information.

We had a great time at Aldo's place. The house is great and offers everything you need. The pool at the front door is a real eye-catcher. We enjoyed it very much! Thanks for the hospitality :-)

The house was extremely clean, refreshing and there were treats, food and drinks ready for us. We are thrilled! 😍 This house lacked nothing. Everything was thought out. Restaurants, shopping and beaches are in the immediate vicinity. Elisabetta is very warm, loving and helpful. Much more than a super host! ❤️🫶 We enjoyed the time in Sardinia very much. Villa Cora is a little slice of heaven, a refuge from the chaos of the city. The apartment was very clean and well maintained, with everything you could need (from linens to kitchen utensils). Luca's family proved to be very kind as they helped us in a difficult time with a problem with the car by offering us to stay for an extra day without altering the price set by the reservation. Luca proved to be a true Host ready to solve any problem that might arise. Needless to say, it is not at all easy to find people who are so human but at the same time so professional. Surely if we return to Sardinia for our holidays, Villa Cora will be one of our points of reference. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!

Impeccable villa in a splendid setting, swimming pool with sea views. The house was identical to the photos. I recommend it.
