Family-friendly holiday rentals in Cagliari

Erika was an extraordinary host. Amazing cozy terrace, very tastefully decorated. In the apartment is a cute rustic kitchen, dining table and a sofa. Very quiet bedroom with queen bed, a large sunny bathroom and a well equipped utility room. The ad should qualify as apartment with breakfast because there was so much food and drinks just for the two of us. I was stunned by the hospitality. There were also beach towels at our disposal as well as sun umbrella, sunscreen and few other useful things you don’t find in ordinary apartments. Erika was checking regularly if we needed anything. One of the best experiences so far, definitely worth the price!

Vi hade några underbara dagar i huset som erbjöd stora utrymmen, biljard och pingisbord samt med ett mycket bra läge i närheten av fantastiska stränder. Värden svarade mycket snabbt och kommunikationen var snabb och enkel med lokala tipps. Kan varmt rekommendera boendet.

Nowoczesny, bardzo ładny apartament z przestronnym tarasem ze wspaniałym widokiem. Dobrze wyposażona kuchnia, czysta łazienka, wygodne łóżko. Niczego nam nie brakowało. Jedno z najlepszych miejsc w jakich się zatrzymaliśmy. Absolutnie polecam.

Taty and Luca were very nice and friendly. You felt welcomed really easy and always received quick feedback. The apartment has an amazing view and is located directly at the ocean front. It is very quiet and relaxing. You will definitely need a car as it is a little outside but therefore closer to the great beaches. The recommendations on the beaches were great, they were amazing. Thank you for all the recommendations and help with everything.

Nous avons été accueillis avec beaucoup de gentillesse, Simon a été très attentif à notre bien être,. Son jardin est remarquable, on sent qu'il l'entretien avec beaucoup de passion. L'environnement nous apporte le dépaysement recherché, les plages sont remarquables et proches. Nous n'avons manqué de rien au niveau équipements très fournis. Nous lui avons fait une demande particulière, et Simon a répondu positivement, ce qui nous a beaucoup arrangé, un grand merci. Nous recommandons vivement. Annie et Georges.

Nous avons passés une très bonne semaine chez Mario. Le logement est impeccable et tout confort dans un environnement calme et avec un beau jardin avec accès direct à la mer. Mario a communiquer avec nous tout au long de notre séjour pour savoir si tout se passe bien. Il nous a guidé avant notre voyage et nous a adressé nombre de bonne adresse que ce soit pratique ou touristique. Mario est très attentionné avec ses hôtes, et de petites attentions nous attendaient à notre arrivée (fruits, boissons ,petit déjeuné…). Nous recommandons vivement Mario pour votre séjour en Sardaigne, vous ne serez pas déçu ni par le logement ni par Mario.

We were lucky enough to spend two weeks in this lovely apartment which is clean and bright and furnished with such good taste and quality amenities. Everything you could possibly need has been thought of. Max was a really wonderful host who was always available and made us feel like friends. We really appreciated that he offered to organise a night at the opera for us which was such a highlight of our stay in Cagliari. The location of the apartment is perfect for quality time in the city with restaurants all around and the marina just in front of the apartment which is perfect for an evening stroll along the boardwalk. Max also provided a detailed list of all the local amenities including good restaurants. I could not recommend these hosts or the apartment more highly. We spent two weeks at Lisa’s apartment with our little daughter. Check in was flexible and easy thanks to a video. Lisa also provided a cot and highchair which was great. The garden was perfect for our daughter to play in and we could enjoy the sun almost the whole day. From the apartment it’s just a short walk to the high street with shops and restaurants. We had a rented car and visited lots of different beaches in the area. All in all we can definitely recommend staying at Lisa’s place.

Best Air bnb we have stayed in. the bungalow and garden are simply amazing. We had the best week with our children who loved the magical garden. Everything you need for a holiday is there ( beachtowels, umbrella, gemessen etc). The decor inside the house is lovely and gives it a very nice beach vibe. Paolo, who did the check in, was very sweet and even provided food and Snacks and wine for us on arrival.

- mit Walter hat man einen sehr freundlichen, immer nachfragenden, aber nie aufdringlichen Gastgeber, der einfach nur will, dass sich seine Gäste wohlfühlen - die Unterkunft ist sehr gut, geräumig, große Küche mit Essplatz und Sofa für den Fernsehabend, 2 Schlafzimmer mit ausgesprochen guten Betten/Matratzen, 2 Bäder (beide mit Fenster), 2 Terrassen, die Klimaanlagen haben wir im April nicht gebraucht - während unseres Aufenthaltes war es in Solanas sehr ruhig, der schöne, große Strand nur von wenigen Menschen besucht, keine 100m von Walters Wohnung gibt es eine empfehlenswerte Pizzeria, mit dem (Miet)-Auto ist man in 20 Minuten in Villasimius oder in 50 Minuten in Cagliari - alles in allem sehr empfehlenswert für Urlaubstage im Süden Sardiniens

Sehr schönes Haus, zwei Blocks vom Strand. Von allen Zimmern kommt man auf Terrassen. Der Bus direkt am Strand fährt alle 20 Minuten in die Stadt. Heizung in allen Räumen, wir waren im April da, da ist das schon gut. Gute Ausstattung, alles da. Einige alte Pfannen könnten mal ausgetauscht werden. Supermarkt fussläufig zu erreichen. Ein paar schöne Stühle im Garten wären noch toll. Und vielen Dank an Daniela für die super Betreuung beim Ein- und Auschecken und die vielen Tips.

Villarotonda è stata superiore ad ogni aspettitiva. Nei pressi le spiagge piu belle di Villasimius. Spazi grandi e confortevoli. Casa fornita per ogni necessità. Un posto dove desideri tornare.

Valentina was a wonderful host, we had a lively time with great weather, all the facilities of a house - plenty of space. Any hitches were taken care of immediately & lots of helpful advice on what to do and great places to eat. We had a very comfortable, relaxing and enjoyable visit to Sardinia - thank you!

Davide was a great host, he was really helpful and was quick to respond to our questions. He gave us loads of good advice before we arrived at the villa. We arrived late at night and we had asked if it would be possible for Davide to buy us some food bits as all supermarkets were shut, he obliged and it was a great help for us. The villa is beautiful, the view is stunning and it feels homely. A car is required if you wish to explore the beaches. The villa is positioned only 30 minutes from Cagliari airport and 30 minutes from Villasimius which was ideal for us. The area is very peaceful, surrounded by pine trees and respectful quiet neighbours.

La casa è posizionata in una zona molto tranquilla e silenziosa, è presente un supermercato a circa 200 metri e alcune pizzerie e bar a circa 10 minuti a piedi. La piscina è veramente molto grande, la porta sul mare è fantastica e il mare è ottimo per un tuffo rinfrescante o per fare snorkeling. L’ alloggio è molto comodo, ed è presente un grande soggiorno dal quale è possibile vedere il mare. Anna Rita e Riccardo sono stati degli ottimi host sempre disponibili per ogni richiesta o informazione.

Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Strände sind unmittelbar in der Nähe. Elisabetta ist sehr herzlich, liebevoll und hilfsbereit. Unser Urlaub im Anwesen von Constanza und Mauro hat uns phantastisch gefallen. Das Haus und der Pool sind sehr gepflegt und alles ist angenehm sauber. Wir konnten super gut schlafen, denn es ist sehr ruhig im Wohngebiet; die Klimaanlage war zudem ein Segen bei den warmen Temperaturen. Wir hatten tolle Spielgeräte vor Ort, wie ein Pool-Volleyballspiel und eine Tischtennisplatte, was viel Freude bereitete. In der Nähe des Hauses gibt es wunderschöne Sandstrände, zudem haben wir die Nächte in Cagliari als Familie sehr genossen und sind herrlich Essen gewesen, z.B. im Aquarium - einer genialen Pizzaria, Restaurant und Bar unter Palmenbäumen. Wir bekamen von Constanza tolle Ausflugstipps, so dass es für uns sehr abwechlsungsreich und gleichzeitig erholsam war. Herzlichen Dank euch für unseren tollen Familien-Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder und empfehlen eure Unterkunft von ganzem Herzen.

Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour en famille! La maison était située dans un quartier très calme avec une vue exceptionnelle sur la mer! Elle était très propre et très bien équipée. Tout était parfait pour passer d’agréables vacances. Merci Gloria pour cette belle découverte!

Villa Cora è un piccolo angolo di paradiso, un rifugio dal caos della città. L’appartamento pulitissimo e ben tenuto aveva tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno (dalla biancheria agli utensili della cucina). La famiglia di Luca si è dimostrata di gran cuore in quanto ci ha aiutato in un momento di difficoltà con un problema alla macchina offrendoci di restare per un giorno in più senza alterare minimamente il prezzo previsto dalla prenotazione. Luca si è dimostrato un vero Padrone di casa pronto a risolvere qualsiasi problema potesse presentarsi. Inutile da dire che non è per niente scontato trovare persone così umane ma allo stesso tempo così professionali. Sicuramente se ritorneremo in Sardegna per le nostre vacanze,Villa Cora sarà uno dei nostri punti di riferimento. Lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

We booked this house based on a personal recommendation from a friend who had stayed here last summer. This house is stunning! We had been traveling for two weeks already and needed a place to rest and relax and this house checked all of those boxes. The pool is the centerpiece, but there are plenty of seating areas and places to relax. The kitchen is well stocked and functional (there is even a Jura coffee maker...THANK YOU), great laundry facilities, and a nice working grill. Maria Elena was wonderful and met us at the house. You do need to drive to get any groceries or go to dinner. Make sure you book a boat one day!
