Great & spotless appartement for a small family! Very tastefull interior design, nice bedding and towels, comfortable bed, nice garden and outdoor kitchen and even washing mashine. And especially Andrea is very friendly & helpfull but leaving enough private space. Perfect host.👌 Grazie mille

The appartment was very clean, fully equipped, and the host was friendly and helpful. It's located walking distance from old town, very nice area. Also close from the bus/train station which is well connected with the airport. We enjoyed our short stay there.

I travel very often and I can say it was one my best experience. I came with 2 friends mainly to work so we stayed a lot at the apartment and it was very pleasant. It's very spacious, it's clean, and very convenient, there is everything you need. And if you want to go to the beach or clubs it's not far or by feet like 35 min or by car, like 10 min. You won't find an apartment like this in the center of Cagliari. And concerning the host she was absolutely perfect, very nice, very kind, if you have any question or need you can ask her without any problem. If one day I come back I will take this spacious airbnb even if I come alone :)

Beautiful and well-kept, rural accommodation with enough space. Swimming pool with great views of the mountains. Francesco is very communicative and helpful and is always available for any questions. Daily recommendations can also be obtained from him. The property and especially the kitchen contains everything you need.

Cristina's house and garden are very well maintained. The dogs are very well behaved and have made the children happy. There are lovely beaches nearby. Best to have a car to make it easier to get around the beach.

I can only recommend this accommodation at Matteo's! :) Everything was very straightforward, he was quick to reach and friendly. We thought the location was great, you are in the middle of the city and can easily reach everything from there. It didn't bother us that it was a little louder outside. For us there was no negative point, we felt at home! Thank you again :)

What a wonderful stay… I was alone and hat a peaceful time near by the beach.

Very pleasant stay at a charming and cozy place. The apartment had everything you can wish for (and a little more) and was the perfect place for a small family. Location is excellent - beach and nice cafes in walking distance. Supermarket and pharmacy in close reach - sometimes parking can be an issue when lots of people are visiting the nearby beach but we always found a spot. Laura was available throughout the stay and helped us with all our questions - her support made the stay even more enjoyable! Thanks again for that

We had a great stay at the apartment! The communication was really fast and they always asked if everything is fine and if we need something. It’s located in a really cute neighborhood and only a 5min walk away from a lot of restaurants. The apartment was really clean and modern and totally worth it the money. Unfortunately one evening we discovered a cockroach in the shower so be a bit aware of your stuff and luggage but it’s a general thing in Cagliari so we definitely would come back for another stay in this apartment!

We (my wife, daughter and I) stayed on site for twelve nights and felt very comfortable permanently. The apartment is just a few minutes' walk from the beach there in a quiet location. It is very well equipped and has everything you need. The hosts are very courteous and have thought of everything to provide a hassle-free stay.

Sabrina was very helpful, precise and thoughtful, the check-in and check-out operations were quick and uncomplicated. The apartment is as described in the listing, the outdoor space for those like us who come from the city is a breath of fresh air and the view is certainly worth the "ticket".

We had a wonderful stay in Luisanna's house with our 2 children (4 & 1 year). Luisanna welcomed us very nicely and showed us the house and the great pool. The house is as described and offers everything you need. The outdoor shower has warm water, so you don't have to use the slightly smaller shower in the bathroom at all. You can reach the beach of Solanas in 5 minutes by car. You can park there for free and have something to eat and drink in the cosy beach restaurant. A car is definitely an advantage. We highly recommend it.

Beautiful clean house, in a stunning location; Anna was an amazing host, very responsive and flexible with both check in and out. Highly recommended.

Carlo and his family were very nice hosts. They live just below the appartment which is more a pluspoint (asking questions etc). The appartment is in very good condition. The beach is a max 10 min walk (with kids) and its a beautiful sand beach. The swimming pool was also often used by the kids. We could also drive with the car to various beaches, an adventure park is close by and at night we stroll around in Pula which is a 15min drive. Thank you for your hospitality.

We had a pleasant stay with Daniele. The accommodation was clean and well equipped – everything you need was available. The parking space directly in the yard was particularly convenient. Overall, everything was fine and there is nothing to complain about. Absolutely recommended!

Efisio was very kind and helpful. Great space! We have a family of 6- everyone had a bed and 3 bathrooms was extremely nice. Each bedroom has a bathroom connected. The outdoor living area has nice views, spacious and comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Great accommodation, great place, very welcoming hosts! Audrey offers a very very cute, clean apartment in a quiet area. There is also an umbrella, beach chairs and even games for children! A small welcome gift was waiting for us when we arrived! Audrey and her husband are very kind, we had a small problem with ants (known problem on the island, it is in no way the fault of the hosts!!!), but Audrey and her husband did everything to make us feel good! They even moved around the apartment to try to find a solution to get rid of the ants…. We recommend this listing (also for a small family it's really really great)!

We felt very comfortable in the accommodation "Berlin". Daniele is a very, very nice and helpful host. He brought us several gifts, was always available and quickly on site. He responded quickly and helped. He made a lot of things possible for us in the apartment. The apartment has a large courtyard with ample parking. The apartment is very large, modernly furnished and a special highlight was the whirlpool in the outdoor area. We loved it. We would choose the apartment again at any time.

Wonderful stay, really beautiful surroundings, a block from a beautiful beach. Hosts were so sweet and accommodating, they left us a plate of cookies and a bottle of homemade sardinian apertif. Great place if you are looking for privacy. Thank you!

To begin, truly the friendliest and kindest hosts we have ever had. We had an incredible stay, and I was impressed with all the recommendations for beaches and dining! The apartment was huge and terrific for 6 people, giving everyone the space they needed. Super timely responses and all the amenities, from welcome treats, beach towels, the well stocked kitchen, and the washer (a huge +) was greatly appreciated. If we find our way back to Sardegna, we would stay again for sure. Thanks for helping us make great memories!
