On the first floor, there is a kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Fully independent with private access. The gym, wellness area and games room are located in the main house, accessible through the garden.

The renovated and cozy apartment is located in a building in the heart of Old Caen, about a hundred meters from the Abbaye aux Hommes and the town hall, the historic monuments. All shops are within walking distance, but you can enjoy your visits by taking the bus (stop at the foot of the building) or the tram, 250 m away. Paid parking spaces are located at the bottom of the building. Access to the building is with the digital code. The apartment sleeps two people.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
