"Between Land and Sea", you will enjoy a new cozy F2, independent in a wooden house with the individual. We live in a corner of Normandy where calm reigns. Ideally located, 10 minutes from the Caen Memorial and 15 minutes from the beach, you will have city buses and quality shops. The accommodation has a private entrance, and a separate terrace. It can accommodate up to 4 people. We live nearby and can provide other amenities.

The sea is also within reach in 15 minutes by car or with the buses available in the city centre.

Beautiful outbuilding in a pretty Normandy property with a one hectare park, located 2 km from the sea near Cabourg. The perfect place to recharge and rest. On the first floor a master suite comprising a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a high-end sofa bed, a bathroom with walk-in shower and separate toilet. On the ground floor a 50m2 room with an equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room.

The Little House of Ouistreham

In 2018, we bought this large, damaged house with the plan to renovate it completely and live by the sea. We started by renovating the cottage, to live there with our 6-month-old boy, before tackling the renovation of the big house. And so the cottage naturally became La Petite Maison. We will be happy to host you, quietly, in this pretty F1 entirely on one level and overlooking the garden.

The annex of the old presbytery

You will stay in the annexe of an old Priest's house, by the side of the church in a village between Bayeux and the Normandy War beaches, renovated by the owners, who are a French-English couple.
