Beachfront holiday rental in Caen

A very good experience in this small apartment for our 6-month-old puppy's first holiday by the sea. The terrace is a real plus, the horses right next door are super nice and we are 50m from the beach, really perfect. I recommend it and we'll be back!

Great accommodation, really very well equipped and hi Ning. Room with sea view. Great bathroom with its waterfall shower as in the thermal cures. Sauna on the balcony, spa and massage mattress at the top!! We plan to return very soon

We had a lovely stay. There was everything we could possibly need in the house. It was a very interesting house with decor that had lots to see and discuss.

We had a great weekend at Frédéric's, the accommodation is perfect for a short stay by the sea. The immediate proximity to the beach and the outdoor terrace are real pluses for this accommodation, Everything was impeccable, we only used the large bed and the mattresses were very comfortable. Frédéric is a very accommodating and friendly host, we will return to his accommodation on occasion.

We cannot say enough great things about my stay at Sophie’s place — it was truly exceptional from start to finish. Sophie was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and responsive, making us feel at home the moment we arrived. Her hospitality set the tone for a warm and relaxing experience. The place itself was spotless. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it both cozy and beautifully maintained. It felt like a home away from home, with all the little touches that make a big difference — from linens to a well-equipped kitchen and inviting decor. The location was perfect — quiet and peaceful, centrally located to the Normandy sites. We appreciated how easy it was to get around. First of all, the quality of Karine's welcome: her responsiveness and kindness, then the location of the apartment which offered us a breathtaking show every morning and every evening, and finally the equipment and the care given to the decor….. Everything was absolutely perfect. A huge thank you!

Pleasant quiet stay. Impeccable and spacious accommodation. The hosts are very available and attentive. The pool area is incredible, sheltered from the wind despite average temperatures. A kind of micro climate operates in this place. i recommend it.

Hi The property was great for the 2 of us and as with us was ideal for motorcycles as it has underground secure parking with a lift opposite straight up to the apartment . 15-20 minute walk along the sea front into Cabourg . I would have liked normal beds but the fold down couches were also ok . I would stay there again .

Comfortable accommodation with a very pleasant sea view, we had a very nice short stay with everything available on foot nearby, bakery, fishmonger, restaurants etc.... We will surely come back ☺️

True to the description of the accommodation, we spent 2 days relaxing with nature and our animal friends (swans; coypus) that we were able to observe in peace with the binoculars provided. we expect to be back next year. thank you

We were warmly received. We were shown around and everything was shown to us. The area is very nice and you can do a lot. A walk on the beach is a must. The place is very nice and offers everything you need.
