On the first floor, there is a kitchen that opens onto the living room. On the 2nd floor, there are 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom with a shower, and a toilet. Outside, there is a terrace with a plancha, a relaxation area and a small courtyard with a table tennis table.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.

My property is close to the beach and family-friendly activities. My place is good for couples, families (with kids), and big groups. Large enclosed garden. Linens and towels are provided. The swimming pool is heated to 28 degrees and is available from April to September if the weather permits.
