Measuring approximately 70 m2, it consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom with a separate toilet. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms: one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Fully independent with private access. The gym, wellness area and games room are located in the main house, accessible through the garden.

Our accommodation (13 people max) is close to Caen (25 minutes) and the sea in a very beautiful countryside of the pre-bocage in Normandy. Easy access by car, train and airport. You will love our place because of its beauty, countryside, rest, horses (horseback riding possible), massages and indoor heated pool. Ideal for families of 4–10 people. The 4th bedroom is a very large hallway, so I very often put an extra bedroom in the annex for more comfort.
