Nestled in the heart of the Normandy countryside, the Little Cider Barn takes pride of place in the grounds of Appletree Hill gites, it is the perfect place to relax, unwind and enjoy time together. A tiny house with everything you need, luxury bed linen, bathrobes and a nordic spa all included in the price! Close to the historic town of Villedieu les Poeles, less than an hour from Mont St Michel, the D day beaches, just half an hour to some of the most spectacular coastline in lower Normandy.

In a former tithe barn, opposite the church of Ver sur mer, only 800 m from the shops and 2 km from the beach. This atypical and very comfortable gîte will offer you 3 bedrooms, including a master suite on the ground floor and two other bedrooms in a duplex. The bed in the master bedroom, the sofa and the armchairs in the living room are relaxation ones. Table football available and private garden with barbecue. Dishwasher, washing machine, kitchen utensils and household linen are available.

Old stable completely renovated belonging to an 18th century farmhouse. The house (80 m2) has an enclosed garden with independent access and private parking. With its south-facing facade, it enjoys beautiful light. The farm and the barnyard are to everyone's delight. The sea is a few minutes away, the countryside is suitable for hiking. The landing beaches are 20 km away, Bayeux and its famous tapestry are 30 minutes away. Carentan train station 10 minutes away, direct train to Paris.

Au coeur de la campagne normande, à seulement 7 kilomètres des plages du débarquement, ce gîte de charme peut acceuillir jusqu'à 8 personnes dans une ancienne ferme datant de 1618, entièrement rénovée avec soin. Entourée d'herbages, la maison offre un cadre paisible et authentique . A l'intérieur, le confort moderne se mêle au cachet de la pierre . Le gîte dispose d'une piscine intétieure de 15 mètres, chauffée à 29 degrès toute l'année, pour des moments de détente en toute saison.

The barn room near Omaha Beach/Bayeux

Nous avons restauré et aménagé cette grande chambre dans une ancienne grange. Elle se situe au premier étage de notre maison et est accessible par une entrée privée. Nous avons tenu à garder ses caractéristiques anciennes, une partie du plafond est en terre et paille. Les murs en pierres apparentes on été restaurés à la chaux à l'ancienne. La chambre est grande, 35m2, avec une belle vue sur la campagne. Salle de bain privative. un lit king size Lieu très calme

Atypical house of character, within a private property of two hectares. This old barn, renovated 5 years ago, has kept its old-world charm. You will have its large sunny terrace with outdoor furniture, a spacious and functional living room with stunning views of the surrounding countryside as well as three bedrooms (bed 1 160 x 200, bed 2 140 x 190, bed 3 2 90 x 190), a bathroom and a laundry area with washer and dryer)

Quiet attic apartment, Caen/Cormelles

The accommodation is located 15 minutes from the center of Caen by car, also located close to a bus stop. close to all shops: tobacco shop, hairdresser, bakery, pharmacy... the apartment is located on the top floor of an old barn that we renovated. WARNING, This is what gives it its charm, but beware if you are over 1m70! The atypical and attic side could make your travel more complicated for the taller ones among you😉

The Guesdons Barn

Old stone barn, renovated and equipped on a closed lot with two private parking spaces, accommodating 6 guests. Sheets and towels are provided. Beds made upon arrival. The Grange offers a large swimming pool (4x8) / terrace shared with the owners, a private Jacuzzi and many outdoor games. You will find all the modern comforts and tranquility of the countryside just minutes from Bayeux and the landing beaches.

Former cowshed, this cosy dwelling has been completely rebuilt and kitted out with a goal to being carbon neutral. It is an intimate one bedroom retreat with central suspended fireplace, modern underfloor heating and water heating from a modern air-air heat pump. Luxury and comfort are assured with dishwasher and washer/dryer, and the setting is completely private for the perfect romantic getaway.
