It has three bedrooms: Two double bedrooms, one bedroom with four beds. Upon arrival, the beds are made. The house is connected to Orange fiber. Its beautiful era atmosphere, thanks to its seawall and beautiful villas, its alleys, its casino and its many beachfront restaurants make it a charming asset of the Côte de Nacre. Located on a dune, under the pines, facing south, this house is a 15-minute walk from the beach and a 10-minute walk from all the shops (or others including the supermarket, restaurants...). This house is fully restored and offers all the comforts to have a good time (including sheets and towels). I would like to point out that the living room fireplace is not functional.
