'The Nest' near Arundel

The Nest is a self-contained, well-equipped apartment on two levels, adjoining the main house, with its own entrance. It looks onto a shared garden and shared pool (summer only). Arundel, with its castle and cathedral, is a 45 min walk away. Access to the many South Downs footpaths is a 5 min walk away. By car, you're 5 mins from Arundel, 15 mins from the sea and 20 mins from Goodwood or Chichester.

The SHED is ideally located in the beautiful West Sussex countryside just outside the South Downs National Park and a short drive from the coastThere are lovely walking and cycling routes straight from the door. We are well situated for trips to Goodwood ,Fontwell and Cowdray Park.The towns of Guildford,Brighton ,Chichester,Arundel and Petworth are all nearby. Well behaved dogs are welcome on leads as there is no fenced area. A travel cot for babies is available.but bedding not provided

Originally the old potting shed, the Bothy sits alongside our Grade II listed walled garden. Beautifully restored and super cosy, it combines original features with modern comfort, including exposed brick, oak floors, a log burner, two ensuite bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. With an acre of garden, woodland to explore and walks from the door, it’s a place where families and friends come together and many return.

Enjoy autonomy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The Shed is a self-contained annex with its own pathway and entrance. Outside is a secluded seating/breakfast area. On entering you'll find a shower room with heated towel rail and electric shower, dining space for two and a kitchenette.
