The Cottage is a spacious, peaceful and comfortable bungalow on Ditchling Common in the Sussex countryside. Renovated and extended, there are two large double ensuite bedrooms, excellent wifi and a south facing garden for guests. We are located in a small gated community approached by a private lane. Footpaths outside our gate give access to the Common . We are close to the pretty villages of Ditchling, Cuckfield and Lindfield, with easy access to Brighton, Glyndebourne and Gatwick Airport.

Our unique Ecopod was handcrafted in Wales, it is beautifully insulated with sheep wool and has a lovely smell of wood. The large double glazing doors allow you to make the most of sunlight, you are in the sunniest spot of the garden! The village has everything you need, four independent coffee shops, one bakery and two supermarkets. Further down you have the beautiful Hurstpierpoint, Ditchiling and Lewes, if you fancy more action, Brighton is 10 minutes away. FULLY HEATED for colder days.

Comfy and cosy hut in stunning private location

The shepherd's hut is located in a private and peaceful spot on our smallholding, on the outskirts of the South Downs National Park. The hut has great amenities and is heated. It has great access to footpaths and local shops and pubs. We are fortunate enough to have some wonderful wildlife here, including deer, birds of prey and woodpeckers. As well as our rare breed sheep and pigs. Issy is a land agent and Geoff is a tree surgeon, so we have a keen interest in nature and the environment.
