숙소가 깨끗하고 작지만 필요한건 쏙쏙 다 넣어주신 센스가 돋보였음. 침대가 너무 푹신해 허리아픈 저에겐 힘들었고 나사가 풀려 침대 자체가 흔들렸지만 그리 큰 지장은 아니었습니다. 쇼파나 의자가 없어 바닥에 앉는게 힘들었지만 방이 좁으니 이해하구요. 침구류 깨끗하고 모든게 청결해서 만족스러웠어요

songdo is so beautiful. and the location is good, close to the subway station. the room is tidy and nice, with all amenities you need! the building also has plenty of restaurants and shops. but it is hard to find the location based on the address as a foreigner. many taxi drivers/locals ask for the name of the building rather than the address, and we could not provide that. they also wanted to know whether it was a-동 or b-동 which is unfamiliar to us as foreigners so it was confusing

great place. however if you have large suitcase might be better to use taxi as its abit of slope walking to the place

Super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis, sehr geräumig und schön. Nur in der Umgebung konnte man nicht viel machen und zum Flughafen waren es mit dem Auto trotzdem noch 40 Minuten.

离地铁口很近，去弘大、明洞都很方便 楼下也有门禁，很安全 附近美食也很多，到达当晚问了房东有没有推荐的参鸡汤，她推荐的那个真的很好吃！步行几分钟就到了。

지하통로를 통해 롯데백화점과 신중동역(지하철역)까지 연결되어 있습니다. 고층이라 시티뷰가 좋고 모든시설이 깔끔하고 아주 조용했습니다. 제 기준에 수압이 살짝 약한것빼고는 모든점은 아주 만족스러윘습니다.

Though a bit small, the place looks exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Ideal for a short stay especially if you are tourists. Located in a great location literally one minute from subway.

숙소는 사진처럼 깨끗하고 너무이뻤어요! 근데 이쁜거만 보고 좋아서 바로예약했더니... 8개월아기랑 갔는데 방 문이 없는 사실을 놓쳐서.. 밤에 강제 침묵했어요ㅠㅠ 침대방 커텐이 없어서 해뜨는 아침 아기보다 기상이 빨랐네요...! 조금 아쉽지만 커플이 갔다면 너무 이쁘고 숙소뷰까지 바다로 완벽! 깨끗하고 너무마음에 들었어요!! 일찍 알았더라면 둘이었을때 또왔을것같아요 호스트님도 완전 너무친절하시고 마음에 너무드는 숙소였어요!!

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

Nicest and most updated community I've ever stayed at while visiting Seoul. Elevator was probably the nicest one I've been inside. Security officers were always on the first floor of the building, so I felt safe even coming back home late. The room was great and loved how the shower room was separated. I believe the only con was the neighboorhood being pretty far from center of Seoul, so most places took at least 45 minutes+ to go to. Overall, the nicest place to be as a solo traveler if you don't mind the long bus+subway travel.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. They provided plenty of pillows and mattresses, which was perfect for our group of eight. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups!

숙소 엄청 깔끔하고 너무너무 좋았습니다!!

Kyle and Jay were wonderful and helpful hosts. They accommodation itself is quite big for the average studio in Seoul, everything you need for your stay is available and the place is very comfortable with a chill vibe. The neighborhood is very residential and quiet, with not a lot of foreigners or tourists, but everything you will need is in a walk reach. There’s a CU right beside the building and subway stations from Line 2 (the one that took us to the main touristic points of the city) and Line 5. Vey good place to stay close to Hongdae while still enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

Although it is located a bit far away from the city center, this place is easily accessible by public transport (Gaebong Station). If you are too lazy to walk to the station, just take a cab which costs within KRW 10,000. The stay is a balance between convenience and tranquility. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still has the places to get you a handful of groceries and meals. Another winning point is the availability of elevator as not every flat in Seoul has elevator. The space is wide and there are two large rooms. The beds are really comfortable with ample support. The only downside is there is only one washroom, which is also spacious anyway. It could be a problem when more than one guest has a stomach ache. Cleanliness and price are rather subjective, but we got the most out of them during our stay. Another suggestion is to add chairs at the entrance, which makes it easier to wear shoes. 比飯店便宜很多 小缺點旁邊的路常有人車吵雜聲

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

The location was great and Jooney was very helpful. I would definately stay here again.

호스트께 여러가지 질문을 많이 드렸는데 대답도 엄청 빨리 해주시고 너무 친절하셨어요. 숙소 위치가 정말 좋고 주변에 맛집들도 많아서 4일 내내 아주 편안히 잘 쉬고 놀고 갑니다. 강력 추천합니다!

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

숙소가 아늑하고 거의 모든게 갖추어져있어서 장기 거주후에도 만족합니다. 걸어서 관공서들이 다있고, 근처 맛집들 쇼핑몰들이 모두 갖추어진 훌륭한 장소 입니다.
