Holiday rentals with an EV charger in Bupyeong District

The place is clean. Although it was small, the sense of putting in everything I needed stood out. The bed was so fluffy that it was hard for me. The screws were loosened and the bed itself shook. It wasn't too disruptive. It was hard to sit on the floor because there was no couch or chair. I understand that the room is small. I was satisfied that the bedding was clean and everything was clean.

songdo is so beautiful. and the location is good, close to the subway station. the room is tidy and nice, with all amenities you need! the building also has plenty of restaurants and shops. but it is hard to find the location based on the address as a foreigner. many taxi drivers/locals ask for the name of the building rather than the address, and we could not provide that. they also wanted to know whether it was a-동 or b-동 which is unfamiliar to us as foreigners so it was confusing

great place. however if you have large suitcase might be better to use taxi as its abit of slope walking to the place

Very close to the subway entrance, convenient to go to Hongdae and Myeongdong The downstairs is also gated. It's safe. There was also a lot of food nearby, and I asked the host whether there was a recommended chicken soup on the night of arrival, the one she recommended was really delicious!It's only a few minutes' walk.

It is connected to Lotte Department Store and Sinseongdong Station (subway station) through the underground passage. It was on a high floor, so the city view was good, and all the facilities were tidy and very quiet. Everything was very satisfactory except for the slightly weak water pressure by my standards.

Though a bit small, the place looks exactly how it’s shown in the pictures. The bed was comfortable, the bathroom was well stocked and the kitchen was sufficiently equipped. Ideal for a short stay especially if you are tourists. Located in a great location literally one minute from subway.

I used it well with a clean accommodation and comfortable bedding! There is also a convenience store on the lobby floor, so I used it comfortably!

The place was as clean as the pictures show, and it was so pretty! But I booked it right away because I liked it because it was pretty... I went with an 8-month-old baby, but I missed the fact that there was no door to the room.. I was forced to be silent at night: ( There is no curtain in the bedroom, so the morning when the sun rises The weather was faster than the baby...! It's a bit of a pity If a couple went, it was so pretty The accommodation view is perfect by the sea! It was clean and I loved it so much!! If I had known earlier, I think I would have come again when there were two of them. The host is very kind It was an accommodation that I loved so much!!

It was a delight to stay at this property, tucked away on a quiet road in the outer suburbs of Seoul. The property was quiet and comfortable, with a well equippee kitchen. As it is at the end of Metro Line 9, it is well situated for Gimpo airport and exploring Gaehwadong. The closest restaurants are 20 mins walk away around Gaehwasan station, but there is a GS25 around the corner.

It was clean, quiet and beautiful

Nicest and most updated community I've ever stayed at while visiting Seoul. Elevator was probably the nicest one I've been inside. Security officers were always on the first floor of the building, so I felt safe even coming back home late. The room was great and loved how the shower room was separated. I believe the only con was the neighboorhood being pretty far from center of Seoul, so most places took at least 45 minutes+ to go to. Overall, the nicest place to be as a solo traveler if you don't mind the long bus+subway travel.

The place was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. They provided plenty of pillows and mattresses, which was perfect for our group of eight. Highly recommended, especially for larger groups!

Kyle and Jay were wonderful and helpful hosts. They accommodation itself is quite big for the average studio in Seoul, everything you need for your stay is available and the place is very comfortable with a chill vibe. The neighborhood is very residential and quiet, with not a lot of foreigners or tourists, but everything you will need is in a walk reach. There’s a CU right beside the building and subway stations from Line 2 (the one that took us to the main touristic points of the city) and Line 5. Vey good place to stay close to Hongdae while still enjoy a quiet and comfortable stay.

Although it is located a bit far away from the city center, this place is easily accessible by public transport (Gaebong Station). If you are too lazy to walk to the station, just take a cab which costs within KRW 10,000. The stay is a balance between convenience and tranquility. It is located in a quiet neighbourhood, yet still has the places to get you a handful of groceries and meals. Another winning point is the availability of elevator as not every flat in Seoul has elevator. The space is wide and there are two large rooms. The beds are really comfortable with ample support. The only downside is there is only one washroom, which is also spacious anyway. It could be a problem when more than one guest has a stomach ache. Cleanliness and price are rather subjective, but we got the most out of them during our stay. Another suggestion is to add chairs at the entrance, which makes it easier to wear shoes. It was my first time on Airbnb, so there was a lot I didn't know. There were a lot of questions and requests, but I liked that they responded kindly and clearly and proactively, so I felt cared for. The room is also clean and in a convenient location to use.

A lot less expensive than a hotel on the road next to a lot of small drawbacks that are noisy with cars

Our family of 5 enjoyed our stay here so much. It felt immediately like home when we arrived. Everything was so clean and well prepared, like coming to stay at a second home. The hosts were extremely responsive and to our surprise, cleaned the home daily for us. There are two grocery stores less than 3 min walk, so it was very convenient to make light meals. The building is very safe and peaceful. If we visit again, especially for a longer stay, we will definitely book here again!

I asked the host a lot of questions, but he answered very quickly and was so kind. The location of the accommodation is really good, and there are many restaurants nearby, so I rested and played very comfortably for 4 days. Highly recommended!

Incredibly responsive Host who gives great instructions, with photos, about how to find the apartment (otherwise it would have been hard to find). The apartment and view were like the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable (I used the second bedroom for my clothes and didn’t sleep on that bed). The master bedroom had a large closet, as well, that my Husband used (I always over pack) The kitchen was well stocked with eating utensils, tissues, paper towels (not common in Korean Airbnbs) and there was a closet that had a washer and dryer, and cleaning supplies. The kitchen also had a water filter that dispensed cold and hot water (saved us from having to buy bottled water). The apartment grounds were beautifully landscaped with a little park for children. Nearby was a grocery store, convince store, good restaurants and fast food (Mom’s Touch), as well as coffee shops and bakeries. We were also walking distance to Subway, Central Park, Tri-bowel, G-Tower and Moonlight Festival Park.

It's easy to stay and the surroundings are very good

The accommodation is cozy and has almost everything, so I'm satisfied even after a long-term residence. It is a great place with all the government offices on foot, and it is equipped with all the nearby restaurants and shopping malls.
