Holiday rentals with a patio in Bupyeong District

Bonn and Ann were incredibly helpful and easily reachable from the very beginning. The house was very close to the Hongdae and Hongik University area and was in great condition. It had everything you might need in a home. The house was quite spacious, easily accommodating 4-5 people. As an espresso lover, having a coffee machine and grinder was an extra delight!

I was worried when I went in because the building was old, but it was really, really clean inside, and it was the best air bnb I've stayed so far. The place is really clean. The bedding was comfortable, it was clean, and I slept well. The heating is also hot and good. I really felt like I knew why the reviews were good. Still, the only downside is that the building is old, so I'm a little scared when I go in. Still, there's a convenience store on the first floor, and there's an elevator, and once you enter the accommodation, it's a very cozy accommodation with the same detailed photos, so I was completely satisfied!! If I have to stay at the accommodation again next time, I will come here!!! I had a good stay. Thank you ~

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. Namin and Jake are great hosts, kind and welcoming. Communication is easy, everything is very well organized and the instructions are very clear. The stay guide is very convenient. The accommodation is impeccable, with all the necessities and small touches (water, soap, snacks, coffee...). And rooftop is a real plus! The accommodation is a little out of the way from the tourist areas but easily accessible thanks to the nearby metro. The neighborhood is quiet and there are small streets nearby with great restaurants. We will keep a very good memory of our stay. Thank you very much!

Gaya, very much thank you for the perfect korea holiday as he was so helpful on everything. Transport, Food, deliveries, places. you name it he got it. Moon was a very very perfect tour guide as well, friendly, helpful, making sure everyone was looked after. If anyone travelling to Korea, just look for gaya or Coze group and you will have a hassle free holiday despite having elders or babies. Very much highly recommended to stay with Coze vacation rentals.

Sangjin’s place was so beautiful and unique! Everything was clean and exactly as described. It was within walking distance to a lot of major attractions and cute restaurants and cafes. We would totally stay here again!

Martin and Amanda's house was a PERFECT base for our Seoul adventures. Spacious, big windows, two lounge areas, and very comfortable beds. The location is perfect, with a bit of life from the hostel across the street, and short walks to great coffee houses, yummy local restaurants, public transportation, and the busy Hongdae shopping and nightlife. Our group of 2 adults and 3 teenagers had a GREAT time! Amanda and Martin provided lots of local recommendations and advice and helped us create memories for a lifetime.

We loved our stay! The apartment is beautifully decorated and furnished. There is a lot of attention to details to make it convenient and even with notes to help even if you do not speak Korean. We also enjoyed the neighborhood and the closeness to the convenient station Yeosinnae that has several subway lines and GTX.

We absolutely loved our stay! The location was beautiful and peaceful, surrounded by locals and nice cafés. Anna was incredibly kind and helpful—she assisted us with everything we needed. We had such a wonderful time in Seoul and can’t wait to come back!🤍

Even though the host was so kind and responsive, most of all, the accommodation was so clean and cozy that I was able to heal properly during my stay with my friends!!
