Condo holiday rentals in Bupyeong District

Great space. Just enough for one person. I think two people would feel cramped. The space is smaller than in the pictures. I like how she decorated the place. It added more warmth to the room. I enjoyed chilling with the warm lighting and under the covers at night. It felt cosy and like home. Host is kind and allowed an early check in, with specific instructions on how to get to her place. She also recommended me places to visit nearby and responded quickly whenever I asked her questions. I’m a solo female traveler so I felt safe because there’s two passcodes to enter the building, unlock the door and a small lift. Cons: There is a steep slope you have to climb before reaching the Airbnb. So pushing luggage up & down is a hassle. The toilet is also really small. It takes about an hour if you want to go to myeongdong/gangnam/dongdaemun. But the airbnb is closer to the airport and highly accessible via bus/train. Overall, great deal for the price! You get what you pay for!

Loved the place! Would like to extend but it was not available. However there were some smell when we enter the room, but it was well notified by host before our checkin. Host was very transparent with everything. Thank you!

It was extremely easy to access the place. It is connected to the Hongdae Univ station so mobility was best even when coming from the airport. Sean was extremely helpful since our flight got delayed and was even suggesting us options to commute to his place prior to our stay since we arrived at a 2 AM and there were barely buses and trains were not yet operating. He was extremely helpful, the place is as advertised. There were also lots of basic utensils you can use as well towels, and other day-to-day things you will need. He also has a beautiful collection of books which you can check. We also had to go to Goyang to go to a concert and transpo was also very easy. Perhaps the only problem we had was the segregation of trashes which we were not used to doing in our own country LOL we were confused which ones were general trashes vs other types but it was very minor 😅 It was overall a good experience and we had so much fun and he was so good to talk to. Would definitely go back 😊

Eun was really responsive and helpful. The location is close to bus and subway stations. It was very quiet and comfortable.

There is no complaint about the apartment. It was perfect. Clean, Quiet neighbourhood, Great distance to the bus stops. Might be a bit far for subway but we used a lot of buses. For Jason, he is a very nice guy, good attitude. A bit strict on rules and reguations which makes a perfect apartment. Overall, I will give the apartment and Jason a 99% score.

Great accomodation with a friendly host who was patient and willing to explain things that we were unsure about. Would stay here if I had the chance to again!

Janet was very accommodating! Her directions to the airbnb were clear and the pictures definitely helped! There was construction outside early one morning & she left a note with orange juice for us to apologize for the unexpected loud noises. The code to the door didn't work one time so I messaged her about it & I instantly heard her come from upstairs (her n her family live up there) to come and assist with the issue. There was enough space for my friends & I (5 people) at Janet's house! Thank you for the welcoming stay Janet!

Nice place. Near from subway station. No elevator but only a few steps.

This is the third time we've come back, especially for the owners! They are kind and help you with anything if you need it! The house is a love! And it is equipped with anything from hairdryer, plates, towels and towels, washing machine, detergent all!!! The owners also have a very nice restaurant and offered us dinner last night! We ate from God!! So far the best I've ever found here on airbnb! I hope to see you again soon! ❤️
