It is a space of 80 pyeong, including Building 3, an ancillary facility, in addition to the main building on a 230-pyeong site. Clean white bedding and toilets are standard, and in addition to the main building, there is a spacious garden, swimming pool, cafe and restaurant, glass greenhouse-like barbecue area, and a separate space called Ttukseon Gudel-dong, which is available for a separate fee. This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. The main living room has a premium fireplace where you can see fantastic sparks, and a small fireplace is installed in the cafe where you can enjoy the fire all night. Inside and outside, there is a barbecue area for 12 or more people and a large garden with a bonfire.

Behind you can see the pine forest of the back mountain, on the left side there is Yongju Seowon and a garden of about 200 pyeong, and in front you can see the quiet countryside. On a clear day, you can see North Mountain in the distance, and you can enjoy beautiful flowers and trees according to the spring, summer, autumn, and winter seasons. The interior is decorated with white and achromatic colors, preferring simple things. Small pets are allowed and 2 cushions and 1 food bowl are available.
