Holiday rentals with a patio in Bupyeong District

Our first time in Seoul, and stayed at Mapo-gu, especially at Phillip & Peter's is really the best decision. Really love the neighborhood, close to Mangwon market and Hongdae, not too far from all the must see, but far enough from all the hectic. If you like to run/walk, this will be a great choice as well. At first we only planned to run towards the Han river, which was a very nice run, but then Peter recommended us to run along the stream nearby toward Hongjecheon waterfalls, absolutely great track with magnificent view in the end 🥰 You can continue with a hike to Mount Ansan afterwards, incredible birdview of Seoul with beginner friendly track. Would love to stay here again if we come back to Seoul!

This was our second long trip to Korea. Until now, we had always stayed in Seoul, but this time we decided to try Songdo — and the result exceeded even our highest expectations. Unlike Seoul, Songdo features ultra-modern buildings, infrastructure, and surroundings. We especially loved the apartment’s location near a student campus and Central Park. The park itself is a true work of art. Since I’m a programmer, I would walk to the park and back almost every day after work — it became part of my routine. Up until now, my favorite place in Korea was Busan, but Songdo is definitely just as amazing. I love Korea for its technology, cleanliness, and modern vibe. Staying in this apartment in Songdo was the perfect way to experience all of that.

Greater than my expectation. The location is perfect, the price is totally worth for what you can be offered: big room with all amenities, kitchen, fridges, 2 beds, ...everything you need for a comfortable stay. Feels just like home! Not to mention how clean and cozy the place is! 100/10 would recommend and will be back if i had a chance!

I had an amazing stay at 혜수’s place! The accommodation was exactly as shown in the pictures, clean, peaceful, and with a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. I specifically chose this spot for its cleanliness and the relaxing ocean view, and it did not disappoint. All the amenities were thoughtfully provided, making my stay incredibly comfortable and convenient. The location was ideal: very central and close to a range of restaurants and cafes, which made it easy and fun to explore the area solo. Plus, it was close to the airport, which was a huge bonus since I had an early flight out of Incheon. 혜수 was a fantastic host, friendly, responsive, and always available to help. Even the staff at the convenience store downstairs were warm and helpful, adding to the welcoming vibe. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a convenient and relaxing getaway. 대가족 서울여행으로 정한 숙소인데 호스트님 친절하시고 숙고 컨디션이 굉장히 마음에 들었습니다. 주차 편리하고 주변환경 조용하고 너무 잘 지내다 왔습니다 다음에 기회가 된다면 또 이용하고 싶습니다.

The apartment was perfect for three adults. Roomy, very clean and well appointed. And there was a thriving, lively shopping and restaurant district steps from the unit. Plus, the green circle line subway, which we used every day, was less than 10 minutes by foot. The only downside is the area is a bit noisy at night because of all the young people out partying until the morning hours. Still, none of us had problems sleeping. Finally, the hosts were very responsive and kind. We would stay here again!

The flat is located really near the subway station, it was very convenient, also the view from the living room was amazing. We had a great stay in there !

친구들과 함께한 여행이었는데 넘 만족했어요~!! 사진보다 더 좋았고 깨끗한 실내에 이불도 청결해서 좋았습니다:) 같이간 친구들도 넘 좋다고 어떻게 여기를 찾았냐고 칭찬 받았어요 ㅋㅋㅋ 애기랑 같이가는 가족에게도 추천! 아기 의자도 있고 온도나오는 물포트도 있어서 집에서 바리바리 챙겨가지 않아도 편하게 분유 타먹일 수 있어서 편했어요! 뻥뚫리는 뷰도 넘 좋었다눈..!! 담에 또 이용할게요!

It was a great stay! We had our own private space, and the place was clean and spacious. There were no stairs, which made it easy to access, but it might be a bit far to walk if you're traveling with elderly people. Michelle was very kind and helpful . It really felt like home. I truly loved the place and would definitely book again!

Good place to go to price was decent considering there was 7 of us. Super responsive host as well so it was easy place to stay at. Living room and outside balcony are good places to chill out as well after a long day, definitely recommend this place.

If you’re planning a visit to Hongdae, this accommodation is an absolute gem that should be at the top of your list. The unit itself is stunning beautifully designed, immaculately clean, and thoughtfully appointed with everything you might need for a comfortable stay. What truly sets this experience apart, however, is the exceptional host: responsive, gracious, and genuinely committed to ensuring a seamless visit. I’ve stayed in various places throughout Seoul, but from now on, this will be my exclusive choice whenever I’m in Hongdae.

A great place to stay, close to the metro to get around and the restaurants nearby are good too! Very highly recommend this host as well as they are proactive, respond quickly, and friendly throughout. Even went above and beyond to accomodate an early check-in, which was very much appreciated. Stayed here with 4 people, perfect amount of space and clean. Would return in the future!

호스트님이 정말 친절하셔요! 비도 좀 내리고 바람이 불어서 약간 쌀쌀했는데 미리 숙소 온도조절해주셔서 체크인 하고서는 따뜻하게 잘 지낼 수 있었어요. 이것저것 챙겨주시기도 하셔서 덕분에 부모님과 연휴를 즐겁게 보냈습니다 :) 귀여운 고양이도 봐서 힐링했네요 ㅎ 기회가 된다면 재방문 의사 있습니다!

We had a great stay in a lovely home. Two minutes walk to a nice cafe, five minute walk to two large supermarkets and 10 minutes walk to the metro station. We liked the big windows that let in so much light and small garden at the house. It was so peaceful and private. And perfectly positioned for our needs. I would happily return.
