This is a quasi-hanok-style annex that heats up the firewood. The rooftop is spacious and open to embrace the sea.There is a beautiful and secluded beach within a 5-minute walk, and if the water runs out, you can experience shellfishing. The main living room has a premium fireplace where you can see fantastic sparks, and a small fireplace is installed in the cafe where you can enjoy the fire all night. This is a small-scale, health-oriented house consisting of 3 buildings in total: the main house, Yongdure, which is 42 pyeong (138.8 m²), and the annexes, Dongwolchul and Seoilrak, which are 8 pyeong (26.4 m²) each. It is located 10 minutes away after crossing Sindopyeonghwa Bridge near Incheon Airport. It is built using only natural building materials obtained from nature in an environmentally friendly manner, and is constructed with pure Ganghwa Island yellow clay, cypress from Hwasun, Jeollanam-do, medicinal stone, and germanium stone. The main building, Yongdu-rye, is a space where you can experience a special residential form consisting of a large living room, 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, and even a separate kitchen.
