I had the pleasure of staying in this accommodation on the occasion of a competition taking place at the Rennes exhibition centre. The accommodation, spacious and bathed in natural light, is located in the countryside, in a particularly peaceful environment, without any neighbours. Access to the exhibition centre is very simple and fast: only ten minutes by car. This proximity, combined with the absolute calm of the place, makes this accommodation an ideal address for anyone who has to go to an event or an exam in this area. The accommodation is also perfectly equipped, maintained and functional, which contributes to an immediate feeling of well-being upon arrival. Finally, I would like to emphasise the high quality of the welcome. The owners are very kind, available, caring and benevolent, while remaining discreet. Their hospitality was a real plus during this stay.

I came to Rennes to take a competition, and I had a great stay! The accommodation is 5 minutes' drive from the Exhibition Centre, really great. It is set back from a main city axis, in a quiet street. Émilie even told me how to get to the shops on foot. The accommodation is very pleasant and well arranged. If I have a chance, I would come back without hesitation:)

The house is really close to everything, which is great to have some nice exploring by walking. As a plus, the house is super well designed and organized, perfect for a couple and can even accommodate kids. There’s no noise and you can have a restful night after a long exploring day. Stéphanie was always super responsive and helpful, even providing us some nice places to try regional food. Rennes is a surprising cool city! We loved the vibe. Thank you for having us!

Another booking at Florian's for my stay in Rennes. This accommodation is very well maintained and offers proximity to the EHESP. The city centre is a 20-minute walk away, a bus stop for the centre is located in front of the accommodation allowing you to easily get to several corners of Rennes. Florian was very responsive and available. I highly recommend this accommodation!

The apartment is tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The welcome when we arrived was very warm and made us feel comfortable. Its location is very convenient because bcp of things next door and at the same time the balcony is facing greenery which allows you to be quiet too. I recommend

Accommodation as described: beautiful volumes, nicely decorated and well maintained, very functional. Easy access (parking 2 steps away), close to shops and activities. Communication with Flora was fluid, explanations simple and clear. I recommend!!!!
