Our house is a former artist's studio completely renovted, typical neighborhood of Chartrons, in Bordeaux. The historic center is at three tram stations. You will appreciate our house for its atmosphere, away from the hustle and bustle of downtown but in a lively neighborhood. Our house is perfect for families (with children) and the pets are of course welcome! It has 4 bedrooms, 3 with double bed and one with a single bed. It is possible to install a second single bed on request.

Everything needed in a completely renovated house. A large living room of 25 m2 with a bedroom area (comfortable double bed) with a wardrobe, a living area, a connected Samsung TV, a table and 2 chairs. You have a kitchen equipped with induction hobs, a microwave, a Senseo coffee maker and everything you need for cooking. In the bathroom you will find shower gel, shampoo and towels.

Studio with independent access in our garden facing the pool in a quiet residential area away from the hustle and bustle of the city center. Located 15 minutes from the airport and 10 minutes by car (or 25 minutes by bus) from the center of Bordeaux. Parking is free and easy on the street. The pool is shared with our family.
