Garden furniture is available for you to enjoy a coffee or a light meal outdoors.

You are welcome in my beautiful 1 bedroom flat typically "Bordeaux style" with its limestone wall and its extravagant marble fireplace. Full of character, very clean, comfortable and light, it has the best location in the most charming part of the old city-center. Easy access by foot to all places in the city center. The apartment is on the 1st floor (without lift) of a 19th century building. There is a PUBLIC CAR PARK (NOT FREE) called "Camille Julian" at 20 m away from the building.

Located in the hyper-center, the apartment is conveniently located close to all major amenities and attractions of Bordeaux to which you will have very easy access on foot. You'll have no trouble getting there, thanks to the many public transport options that serve the area. The apartment, renovated in 2024, is located on a quiet street, which will allow you to be close to the hustle and bustle of Bordeaux without experiencing noise disturbance problems at night.
