Hello, I am Faustine, 18 years old, almost 36, I will be delighted to welcome you to my home at the starred "Manhattan" in July 2022 in 3*. You will have the entire place to yourself and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is included, accommodation 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

Idéal pour un séjour romantique, touristique ou professionnel, au calme mais proche du centre-ville.

Dans un quartier tranquille, T2 à proximité de l'arrêt de bus Brion (bus 70) et à 7 min de l'arrêt de tram E ( Ausone) A - de 10 min en voiture de la rocade (Bordeaux-Lac, Parc des Expo et du Stade Bordeaux Atlantique...) Limitrophe de Le Bouscat. Résidence sympa et calme. Appart lumineux. Place de parking ombragée dans la résidence. Il n'est malheureusement pas accessible aux PMR du à l'escalier extérieur. ATTENTION !! Je ne ferai aucune annulation par moi-même. Merci

My home is close to an exceptional view overlooking a lake. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids). This accommodation is located in a quiet and functional district of Bordeaux Lake Bruges with restaurant food and a fitness area (CALICEO) nearby. The tram is a 10-minute walk away. There is a bus stop near the accommodation.
