Hello, I am Faustine, 18 years old, almost 36, I will be delighted to welcome you to my home at the starred "Manhattan" in July 2022 in 3*. You will have the entire place to yourself and will find all the comforts possible, secure parking included in the residence. There are two beds, a separate bedroom with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed in the living room, all of which can accommodate up to four people. Breakfast is included, accommodation 12 minutes from Bordeaux center by tram-bus-car.

L’ARENA 15 minutes à pied. Vous apprécierez ce logement pour son confort, le calme, sans vis à vis, l’emplacement, sa terrasse et son jardin fleuri 🌸 Dotée du Wi-Fi, cette maison est parfaite pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo ou d’affaires

Appréciez le confort et le calme de notre annexe, idéalement située à côté de Bordeaux. (logement indépendant situé dans notre jardin, climatisé, cuisine équipée, lit Quenn size, wifi, fibre, Netflix...) Tous commerces utiles à 5min à pied. Très accessible (15min de l'aéroport, 3min de la rocade, 15min de Bordeaux, tram ligne C à 3min en voiture, bus à 50m..). Idéal pour visiter Bordeaux, son prestigieux vignoble en Pessac-Léognan, et la région bordelaise. Piscine ouverte de mai à septembre.

Our house is located in a very quiet area, 3 km from Bordeaux train station/ 4 km from the center. You have the option to park your car in front of or close to the house without worries and it's free. You can also come by tram (6 stations from the train station), stopping at the stop Stade Musard or the next one , Calais-Centujean (15 minutes). Your small studio is in the back of the house.
