Japandi Cottage

The accommodation Cozy Japan-inspired cabin with all the comforts and a secluded patio. The house is in the middle of Brösarp with hiking trails, restaurants and tourist destinations around the corner. The garden has an area of 1900 square meters and is therefore like an oasis in the middle of the village. Across the street is café Smulan where you can buy freshly baked buns, they also have a breakfast buffet. Next door is an ICA for other purchases. Brösarp is called the gateway to Österlen but is in fact in the middle of the most beautiful nature Österlen has to offer.

Welcome to the tranquility of Österlen. Here you live comfortably with nature right outside the door. The house is located in a quiet area with a beautiful nature reserve as the closest neighbour. In just 5 minutes you can reach Brösarp with ICA, café, pharmacy and petrol station (with charging stations). The sea is about 10–15 minutes away and Stenshuvud National Park can be reached in 30 minutes. In addition, you are close to excursion destinations such as Kivik, Ystad and Åhus. Entire accommodation in idyllic Skånegård in Brösarp

Stay in your own apartment in one of the lengths of a four-length Skåne farm in the middle of Brösarp "the gateway to Österlen." Immediate proximity to all the comforts of the village. Here you will have a good stay in two rooms and a kitchen with toilet and shower room. Possibility of 2 extra beds, i.e. a total of 6 beds. The beds are made when you arrive, both sheets and towels are included! Idyllic if you want to experience amazing scenery as you can enjoy the garden with flowing streams and grazing sheep on the surrounding hills.

In the middle of Brösarp is our cottage in a quiet and scenic setting. The cottage is in close proximity to our dwelling house. It is walking distance to Gästis, Talldungen, ICA store and to the many hiking trails found in the surroundings. To the sea with the long sandy beaches it is 7 km. In the cottage there is a living room, kitchen, bathroom and glass veranda. Breakfast is included and you can enjoy it on the patio or in the glass porch. Barbecue is available with all accessories and bicycles can be borrowed.

Welcome to our guesthouse in the middle of Drakamöllan's beautiful nature reserve. Here, you will find hiking trails through rolling beech forests and vast heathlands with unique flora and fauna. The guesthouse is bright and airy, with access to a large lush garden with dining area. The whole place is characterised by birdsong and tranquillity, but still close to pure white sandy beaches (the nearest one is 6 km away) and Österlen's rich selection of restaurants, cafés, culture and unique nature experiences.

Fire station in Österlen

Stay in a unique accommodation in a quiet corner of beautiful Österlen. Enjoy the tranquility and privacy of the river that flows past this unique building. The fire station, which was built in 1930, was completely renovated into a dream home in 2018 and has since not only served as a holiday home but has also been featured on both Swedish and German TV as well as in lots of newspaper reports. Up to 8 people can live here comfortably with everything you need. Proximity to beaches and cozy villages included.

Guesthouse in beautiful Ravlunda outside Kivik

Newly built (autumn 2023) bright and airy eco-house of 30 sqm in the middle of Ravlunda. Living room with high ceilings. Bedroom with two beds. Loft with two beds. Bathroom with shower. Around the house it's gated with fences. There is room for both play and breaks in the sun. New for 2025 is that we built an entrance roof. We provide bed linen, bathroom towels and a smaller basic assortment in the pantry. You can also get freshly baked bread during the local sourdough bakery's open days.

In its heyday Kvarnbygård was a thriving farmstead, now carefully renovated to keep its authentic charm. Nestling between the Österlen coast and rolling farmland. Set in its own peaceful acre of meadows and orchard, with terraces for sunbathing or star viewing. Surrounded by famous beaches, nature reserves, renowned bakeries and cafes, farm shops, fresh fish and even a Michelin star restaurant. Across the cobble courtyard we produce our own organic ice cream. It is a gastro tourist paradise.

Österlen's paradise in the woods

Welcome to our cottage located in the middle of the forest in a beautiful nature reserve, approximately 18 km from the beach and 10 km from the village of Brösarp with shops and restaurants. There are beautiful walks that start right outside the house. Here you can really relax and enjoy the silence. Price per night is inclusive. There are no additional costs. Includes bed linen, towels and much more! Weekly rental midsummer - August. (Hosts live in a house next to the cottage).

Stengatan Kivik - next to the sea

Welcome to our renovated guest cottage in Kivik's old fishing village. Within a hundred meters you find the beach, playground and restaurants. The cottage has a new fridge and stove with oven. Within reach is Buhres Fish and other restaurants in the harbor. The bedroom has a new king size bed. You have access to the garden, mostly to yourself. The accommodation is suitable for 1-2 people. Bring bed linen, or rent for 150 SEK/p. You do the final cleaning yourself.

Small house in Kivik

Welcome to our guesthouse that we call Brygghuset because there was just a red brewhouse there on the site before we built the house in 2022. It is located a little individually in a large lush garden belonging to Villa Solbacken, our permanent residence in Skogsdala, Kivik. From the house it is within walking distance to Kivik harbor, beach and restaurants. Important to note is that the house has a steep staircase to the loft and no gates, i.e. not childproofed.
