This is a bit like staying in a boat - a common comment we've received! The studio is relatively newly built, dining area for six, full kitchen, bathroom with washing machine and two bedrooms with a clear marine feel in New England style. The floor plan is open but the bedroom with the double bed still has some privacy. Behind a massive teak door from a Simrishamn ship is a sleeping alcove with four single beds with drapes to pull. The beds have reading lamps and electrical outlets for charging. Electric vehicle charging. Sauna and pool.

Modern and cozy accommodation in a bright and nice house about 200 meters to the sea in Brantevik. The house is located at the bottom of a cul-de-sac and within walking distance to the village's various activities such as tennis court, outdoor gym, paddle tennis court, swimming area and playground. In the house, there are 4 beds distributed in 2 larger bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds. All beds were purchased in 2021. Bathroom with toilet and shower.
