There is a bedroom with a double bed, kitchen, private bathroom and a cozy living room with a workspace and internet access. Access to the garden in the forest edge and the possibility of walking in the forest. Free parking and the house is a 10-minute walk from the bus connection to Aarhus city center. No pets allowed.

Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Unique cottage with sea view and direct access to sandy beach, only 25 METERS away. Free use of garden furniture, shelter, gas grill, sea kayaks and paddleboard. Only 1 km from the popular harbor town of Ballen with many restaurants and shops. The cottage has its own kitchen, bathroom and terrace with garden furniture. Duvets and pillows are included. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 75 per person per stay or you can bring your own. Perfect for a relaxing holiday by the sea with plenty of activities.

Tiny House Lindebo er et lille hyggeligt sommerhus. Huset er placeret i en hyggelig have, med en dejlig overdækket sydvendt terrasse. Der er 200 meter til busstoppested, hvorfra bussen køre til Aarhus C. Naturen omkring huset byder både på hyggelig skov og 600 m fra huset ligger der en virkelig dejlig badestrand. Kaløvig Bådehavn ligger under en km fra huset. I huset er der spise og soveplads til 4 personer. Håndklæder, viskestykker, dyner, senge linned og brænde til den hyggelige brændeovn.

Huset ligger solrigt, har en overdækket terrasse og en stor have. Huset har et badeværelse, stort køkkenalrum, to soveværelser og en hems. Huset har ikke døre til værelserne. Der er ingen ovn, men en airfryer. Der findes guidebog til området. Der er brændeovn og en varmepumpe. Sengelinned og håndklæder er inkluderet.

Separate toilet. Kitchen with stove , fridge / freezer and dishwasher. In the lovely bright living room are comfortable leather furniture and a cozy rocking chair. Beside the house is a small path leading to one of the best beaches in Aarhus region.
