The house is spacious, high to the ceiling and with many cozy corners. The beautiful hilly nature is characteristic of Nordøen, it starts right outside the door. Nordøen has shopping, restaurants and specialty stores. We have the specialty store HØST and a Wine & Coffee Bar. The gallery is with Pernille's works and Jakob's works can be found in the Café. Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior with beautiful surroundings and beach environment. The house is located 30 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The house is 180m2 and provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized a few years ago.

There is a carport for free parking. Also there is a bus stop less than two minutes away and the bus takes approx 10 minutes to reach the city center.

The end-of-row house is located in a quiet neighborhood close to trail systems, shopping, bus/light rail (directly to Aarhus), playground and a short distance to forest and nature. I sometimes have the opportunity to rent the home for more days than the dates specified in the calendar, so please ask if there is a need for more days.
