We were lucky enough to discover this haven of greenery and tranquility for a weekend with friends. Between discoveries of Sancerre and activities offered within the house, we would have liked to extend the stay to continue enjoying the pool and various amenities. Fabienne was always very responsive and present, which allowed us to take possession of the premises in a serene and complete manner.

Townhouse in the center of a very nice small town, with many shops. Free spots in the street, nearby. Very nicely decorated house, firm bedding, cleaning OK, very well equipped: Board games, washing machine, comfortable sofa, quiet oven and microwave, coffee machine, bathtub and shower, baby bed/booster,…. Very convenient! Hotel available and accommodating. We will be back! Lovely weekend. I highly recommend it!!

We stayed for one night in this home that totally reflects the Airbnb spirit, it is a family home with a soul. The bedding is comfortable and the house is in a very quiet area. This was a good fit for our need.

A week of visits to Chateaux and Beauval Zoo this cottage is very well-located Clos we have 4 large dogs. Petanque court, barbecue with veranda shelter, fireplace when it's cold with wood provided... Staying in the beautiful medieval estate was fantastic. The apartment on the first floor is very large and extremely stylishly furnished. Passing the bedroom facing the garden, the Yèvre ripples and over the fantastic garden with pool, the view of the castle ruins of Charles VII. Isabelle and Eric are extremely polite, kind and discreet hosts and you absolutely have your privacy. They have two adorable little dogs that I always looked forward to in the morning. Despite its central location, the house is very quiet. We felt very comfortable.

Very nice home in an environment very close to nature. Beautiful walks in the woods and by ponds. We had a great long weekend with the family. We were 14 adults and the house is very large so we had plenty of space. The very spacious rooms and 3 bathrooms are ideal and a very well-equipped kitchen. I recommend it for lovers of the woods. See you next time, maybe in summer to enjoy the pool.

Great weekend spent with the family. The house is a real haven of peace in the heart of the wooded property. Wherever you are in the house, the view of nature is honored. The house is really beautiful, very well renovated and clean. It is very well equipped and the quality of the services is excellent (swimming pool, city stadium, bbq, darts, ping pong, billiards, foosball...). We had a great time.

We first selected this cottage for its location, exactly in the center of France. We were gathering for our wedding all our children and grandchildren, coming from all over France. In our criteria of choice, we were mostly won over by the number of bedrooms, the dormitory for children, the large garden, the terrace, the games room, the possibility of taking family walks, the large and very well-equipped kitchen, and in general the beautiful volumes that make 22 people feel comfortable. It was a real pleasure to deal with Isabelle and Benoit, who are attentive, very warm, and responsive. The welcome booklet is very well done. We had a wonderful Easter weekend at Villa de L'Arnon, and highly recommend it. For young and old, this is really the place.
