A quiet getaway close to town. The home was perfectly French and comfortable, and the grounds were beautiful with plenty of outdoor seating to lounge or eat.

Exactly what we were looking for, a nice place in the country that was close to towns and chateaux we could explore. We are a group who likes cooking and were easily able to do so in the nice kitchen oozing with French charm. Plus the beds were very comfortable, always a plus when traveling. The setting was abundant with beautiful flowers in bloom, chickens clucking peacefully, and a horse in the field. It was really wonderful. We appreciated that Odette came out to meet us and to make sure we knew where everything was.

We had a very pleasant weekend with friends at Delphine and Jean-Noël's. The house met our expectations and everyone was able to enjoy a comfortable space. The pretty fully enclosed garden is very nice as well as the games for children. I would 100% recommend!! 😊

Welcoming host, accommodation as described, the setting is pleasant and peaceful. If I have to come back to the Boursay area and look for accommodation, I would not hesitate to check the availability of the Gonardière cottage. I recommend it!

Very pleasant family stay in a beautiful house, very well equipped, Michel is responsive, there are many activities to do a few km from the house. I highly recommend this place in the countryside while being close to Paris

What a beautiful peaceful place. Honorine and Stéphanr were so welcoming when we arrived and are the perfect hosts. The gite was cosy and extremely well equipped. It is such a wonderful place and we absolutely did not want to leave this perfect haven. We would recommend this Gite as a perfect place to unwind. The wonderful goats and sheep who can often be seen around the wooded area to the rear of the gite,coupled with the ponies munching in the field at the front as we ate breakfast on the front patio, made the whole experience enchanting. We would not hesitate to come again.

Overall a wonderful place to stay, especially for two couples/four travelers. Excellent communication throughout the whole process. Everything you need is supplied in the kitchen- a couple of groceries stores close by. Really enjoyed hanging out in the living room during down time. If you need to do any work, the wifi is good. Big dining table if needed. Lots of cafe/ restaurant options within just a few blocks, many of which are ethnic. Note that if you leave really early morning (or get home late evening) the Passage gate is locked. To leave the flat, you will have to take the elevator to the second floor and then take the stairs down to the green door exit. The person who checks you in will explain how all the entryways work. No big complaints, but if you’re used to heftier pillows, that’s not always the case in Paris. Hotel prior to Airbnb also had thin pillows. Definitely enjoyed our stay and would recommend highly!

It's so tempting to not give this place the review it deserves because I want it to be available for all my future visits to Paris, but Anne & Jean-Luc absolutely deserve all the accolades. This apartment is the quintessential Parisienne apartment you always imagined living it. Tucked away and quite but convenient to everything you want to see. Well appointed including decor imbued with family and building history but without feeling fragile or cluttered. Anne was incredibly responsive and accommodating. She offered luggage storage and provided her own family items to make sure my toddler felt at home. We truly felt at home, and my group regularly proclaimed it our favorite AirBNB we'd ever stayed at--we're already looking forward to future stays here. Thank you, Anne & Jean-Luc for the magical experience.

Many thanks to Olivier! His place was just as described and in a great neighborhood. Two doors one way fantastic boulangerie; two doors the other way amazing gelato; and several great restaurants in between. Easy walk to two metro stations to get almost anywhere we wanted to go. Merci beaucoup!

Beautiful old Parisian style apartment and special view! This was one of the most beautiful Airbnb I ever did. Romantic and walkable. 2 mins from the Sacré Coeur Cathedral. You won't be disappointed. The area is quiet and close to metro as well. I love it!

I can not say enough about this place! The apartment was beautiful, excellent location with public transportation literally a few steps from the apartment. Sylvia and her husband were awesome from restaurant recommendations to supplying us with a loaded metro card. I plan to stay here again when I visit in a few months.

The apartment was excellent although the upstairs ceilings were very low for someone like me at 190cm height. I would definitely recommend the apartment to others

We had a wonderful week of Easter with the family. With about twenty people including infants, the estate was equipped for a peaceful stay. The children took advantage of the heated pool, the space departs for soccer games. the adults from the barbecue, the Pétanque court. Around the quiet, flowery and green atmosphere for a peaceful rest. We were able to enjoy a short walk in the forest, with the kids on their pony. An experience to relive. Thanks to Benoit and the concierge for their availability.

Loïc’s house is excellent and exactly as described. The pool is lovely. It’s good to have the barbecue. We cycled every day parts of the Loire velo route. On bike it’s only 40’ to the centre of Orleans. Loic himself was very helpful and communicated quickly

We had a great stay at Anthony's house with the family. The house is perfectly in line with the listing, very clean, spacious and well-equipped, ideal for a stay with several people. Anthony was a particularly attentive host and allowed us to leave a little later, which was very much appreciated. Fluid and responsive communication. I had a lovely stay at this place in the middle of the forest. It's ideal for disconnecting and enjoying the calm. Accommodation is as described, clean and well-equipped for a comfortable stay. The environment is nice, with beautiful outdoor spaces to relax. The hosts are welcoming and discreet, which allows you to fully enjoy the place with peace of mind. A good place for those looking for a bit of rest and nature.

this house is amazing because of its peaceful location in the middle of the forest. A very beautiful enchanted interlude that brings calm and serenity. Equipment, bikes and games above our expectations. We were 10 girls and the rooms and bathrooms were quite numerous. The atmosphere of the house is great and you feel perfectly comfortable there. It is extremely welcoming and the impression is that it is inhabited and not a rental. It feels like home. An experience to redo. If you come with children, they will be thrilled. And if you come without yourself, you can go back to childhood. Thanks to Alexis for this wonderful experience.

An incredible few days at Domaine le Pineau with my family we had such a relaxing few days after taking part in the Loire Valley Half Ironman. Domaine le Pineau was in such a secluded area and was super peaceful, the perfect place to unwind and get out into nature undisturbed by the outside world. The house been done in such a high quality with really good quality furniture and appliances as well as being super clean and tidy. We absolutely loved the Wood fired hot tub, swimming pool and my baby nephew loved feeding the goats in the nearby field. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone visiting the Loire Valley area. We will definitely be back, thank you again François, what a great host.

Lovely house 20 mins outside of Tours, easy to access many châteaus nearby by car. Stayed here with our extended family for two nights and it was a really lovely place with shared common spaces where we had a lot of fun. The pool, jacuzzi, foozball room and BBQ are all fabulous, and the open plan living dining room is a great social space. Understandably there is a keep quiet rule as neighbours are close by, so I wouldn't reccomend if you are planning to get quite rowdy or loud in the evenings past 10pm it is a nice neighbourhood.
