Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Bourges

We spent a weekend at Karine's and everything was perfect. Very clean and superbly well equipped for children! First rental we've done with so much children's equipment. Recommended +++

We had a great stay with friends and our children. Christophe welcomed us and we toured the property together. Listing exactly matches the photos and description. 30 minutes from the zoo, we were able to enjoy the pool and the children were delighted! The house is in a peaceful and very well maintained place. Christophe was available if needed but everything necessary was already in place to have a good stay! I highly recommend it!

We had a great weekend at Muriel and Marco's cottage. The house is very well equipped, ideal for 4 couples. The 2nd outdoor bathroom was not a problem (in this season at least). The bravest were able to enjoy the swimming pool (a little cool still) very well equipped. Muriel and Marco are very friendly and available. Thank you again...

As a business, we put the well-being of our employees at the heart of our concerns. Communication is fluid and efficient, with clear guidelines and easy to understand. In addition, we have additional amenities such as linens and towels available. The value is quite satisfactory. The cottage largely met our expectations. I would highly recommend it.

Marie Christine is a lovely host. Very responsive and full of small touches (a bottle of water and a bottle of beer in the fridge, some small chocolates and cakes) that show that she knows how to welcome. The house is quiet and clean The small shaded terrace is a dream for an aperitif in the early evening. I'd be delighted to come back if the opportunity arises.

We had a great time walking and reading in the beautiful living room of the apartment, which overlooks the gardens of the castle. The room is very nice and the bedding very good. I would highly recommend it!

It is located right next to a beautiful park, pleasant for walks and playing with children. If we have to come back to the area, we'll come back to your place without any worries!

From the first contact, everything was perfect. Carmen, who has always been very responsive and has responded to all our requests. Listing is as described. Villa Verde is a spacious, comfortable and peaceful place. It is nestled in the middle of a huge wooded plot and very well maintained by the hosts, perfect for letting the children let off steam. We felt at home during this short stay. We highly recommend Carmen's house for a visit to Beauval Zoo, for example, which is 20 minutes away

She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

With this welcoming and functional house that benefits from a large garden at the back, you will have the opportunity to visit Sancerre, Aubigny and the surroundings, while having the possibility of gathering a dozen people around the barbecue and in the spacious rooms. Carole is a responsive host and offers a very clean accommodation. Don't hesitate!

Beautiful home with great setup to spend time with friends and family. Plenty for kids to do and heated pool with cover makes swimming possible even if the weather isn’t perfect. The kitchen area is a bit tight if you’re planning to make meals for a large group. Due to the setting with farms nearby there were quite a few flies in the house if the windows were left open. Overall we loved the house and would rent again if we came back to the area. The host was responsive

We spent a 3-day stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake of water and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We will come back to test the outdoor pool. I recommend! This holiday home with pool is simply wonderful. We felt right at home. Fabien is a very friendly, helpful host. He was always available and gave us great tips. The house is a great size, there were six of us and everyone felt super comfortable. The two bathrooms in particular are a great comfort for so many people. The pool had a pleasant temperature and the children especially enjoyed splashing around every day.
