We had a great quiet night at this small cottage. The welcome was warm and the breakfast was great.

Jacques and Maryse welcomed us extremely well in their home, even making their kitchen available to us! They are very warm and friendly, good breakfast the next morning after a good night's sleep! We highly recommend this property!!!

Wonderfully rural location, great parking near the guesthouse. Very tastefully decorated with attention to detail. Ideal location for cycling tours along the Loire. The breakfast was really sublime: very extensive in a very special place in the house! All compliments to Colette👍

This is the second time we have rented in La tour aux grains. This old home has been tastefully renovated. It is very well located in the center of Romorantin and quiet. Great amenities!

Sophie is a super host, welcoming, kind, gracious and helpful. the environment is just perfect, quiet, peaceful, the castle and garden are beautiful. There are even deer. it's a "family-friendly" place where you feel good. a big thank you for your welcome and kindness.

The stay with Guus and Julie was wonderful. I was passing through from the south with my 2 children (9 and 13) and this was the ideal stopover to unwind. We got plenty of tips for restaurants nearby, but since it was a busy evening, they suggested barbecuing for us. It was a super meal with nice wine and interesting conversations. The children were allowed to feed the alpacas and sheep and the dog of the house was immediately a friend. The children swam in the spacious swimming pool for a while and relaxed in the beautiful and practical guest room. In the morning breakfast was delicious and extensive. This location is highly recommended! We were sorry to have to leave Guus and Julie after a night. We will definitely come back for a longer vacation.

Franck and Christine were excellent hosts. They provided a great local dinner recommendation and a delicious and hearty breakfast. They were friendly, great to chat with over breakfast, and responsive to our calls. When we left something at the Airbnb, they called us right away before we got too far. The space is perfect to host 3 people: two single beds in one room, a double bed in the next room, and a little sitting room with chairs for 2 people. Lots of local recommendations and charm. Super close to Chateau de Chambord, only 12 minute drive for us. We would absolutely like to see them and stay in their beautiful home again!

A delightful stay at Anita’s peaceful and restful home. Traditional, rustic farmhouse with use of a lovely pool. The stand out experience was Anita’s breakfasts. All home cooked, and sourced locally. Artisan cheese, home pressed apple juice, home baked cake and yoghurt, with home made preserves. The second morning we were there Anita served the most exquisite omelette, superb. Thank you Anita for your warm welcome to your home, with your doggy friends Michael and Simba.

Maria was very nice and welcoming. What the listing didn't say is that the garden, very large and composed of several spaces, is simply fabulous: mixing flowers, wild plants, medicinal and edible plants. In addition, the dishes concocted by Maria, whose ingredients were all from her production, were tasty and balanced. In short: an atypical, quiet and charming place.

Thanks to Geneviève , Gustave and the company for this stay of exceptional quality. A paradise for children ( so in fact , parents ) with a playroom in case of rain , an outside with games when there is sun , and plenty of animals to discover . Breakfast has become our favorite meal, with the waffles and homemade jam that we regretted as soon as we returned from Genevieve! Our host , discreet , kind and funny , was able to put us at ease , it felt like home , but better! Don't go your way especially , a little timeless stop that feels good to your body and mind:)

A lovely night Michèle is a very welcoming host, available, with whom I enjoyed interacting. The room was cozy and its terrace feet in the sand as well as its pool are just exceptional 🤩 This night in Bourges marked the end of our vacation and we can say that we closed it beautifully in this charming house!

We went there in mid-June, beautifully flowered hamlet and very peaceful. To get to the pool you have to go through a very enchanting labyrinth of plants and fruit trees. you feel good and it is cool in the house with very thick old walls. Sylvain and Marie were very warm.

Claire was very welcoming. The accommodation offered is really clean, original and cosy. We loved it... reasons why we will come back.
