House of 80 m2 in the heart of Bourges, between cathedral and marshes, completely renovated. As an annex to my main house, it sometimes accommodates my older children. Ideal for 5 people, it can accommodate up to 7 (140 BZ sofa in the living area), has a reserved parking. Large garden to share with the owner. Please note: on the 1st floor, you have to go through the small bedroom to access the other.
