a great stay of 2 nights, Small cottage very well equipped, a peaceful and very quiet place I was greeted by their son and I then saw the owners both were very cordial and very friendly! a perfect cottage to be quiet near nature! pets accepted at no extra cost which is not common 😊 cleaning equipment in the cottage, which allows you to do a little cleaning before leaving 😊 the mini plus in my opinion would be a fenced area for the dogs but it's really not a defect far from it. otherwise thank you again for this weekend in your cottage and if the opportunity arises I will not hesitate to come back I recommend this cottage without a problem! very good value for money! very responsive and very friendly hosts! pure happiness

We really enjoyed our stay in Aurélien's house: it is charming and well-equipped, the bedding is comfortable, the living room is welcoming and conducive to chatting with friends, the terrace and the tree-lined and flowery garden are very pleasant, all in absolute peace and quiet. The icing on the cake: we were able to come with our dogs, who were welcome, outside and inside! In addition to this, our host was very considerate and available, we can only recommend this accommodation!

We had a pleasant stay with the family at Sophie's place. The house is spacious, well equipped, located in nature with a great view, perfect for children to play outside. Beautiful villages to visit nearby.

We stayed for two nights in this very well refurbished stable in a peaceful and very pleasant setting in the middle of the fields. Aurelie and her family (and Nougat who has a sense of hospitality!) are very discreet and very welcoming, thank you very much! Coffee and teas available, dishes for cooking, large bathroom and nice rooms. We recommend if you come to visit the area it's perfect! Easy to reach Bourges for example.

Staying at Nathalie’s beautiful estate was an unforgettable experience. Nestled in a lush and tranquil green domain, her land feels like a hidden gem — peaceful, picturesque, and perfectly maintained. The surrounding nature is breathtaking, and every corner of the property reflects care and love. What truly makes this place special, however, is Nathalie herself. She is an incredibly warm and gracious host, always attentive and ready with a kind word or helpful tip. Her homemade breakfast is a true highlight — fresh, delicious, and made with obvious passion. From pancakes, to flowerbeignets, to breads to local specialties, every morning felt like a treat. This is more than just a place to stay — it’s a little slice of paradise made exceptional by the personal touch Nathalie brings to everything she does. Highly recommended!

With this welcoming and functional house that benefits from a large garden at the back, you will have the opportunity to visit Sancerre, Aubigny and the surroundings, while having the possibility of gathering a dozen people around the barbecue and in the spacious rooms. Carole is a responsive host and offers a very clean accommodation. Don't hesitate!

We spent a 3-day stay in this lovely, well-equipped house. There's plenty to do between games and amenities. The location is very peaceful with the small lake of water and the singing of birds and frogs. The hot tub is great. We will come back to test the outdoor pool. I recommend! Fabiens place is lovely. The space is larger than expected. The shower room is great. The dressing room a nice touch, the open plan to downstairs feels nice. The place is tastefully decorated and has a lot of character. One very minor criticism it would be that the pool cover is a chore to put on and take off. An mechanised cover would make a difference. However it is a great size and was very comfortable to swim in given that it is well heated. I would recommend anybody to use Fabiens place for a shorter or longer stay. It was a joy to be there for our family of 4 and we would consider visiting again sometime.

Listing as described. Well located, quiet, large, clean and very well equipped. Steph is very responsive. A little extra with the hot tub. Place to keep in mind for a future stay in the area
