Beautiful Villa in a nice peaceful location

We had a pleasant stay in this beautiful Vendée house, which is in line with the descriptions and photos. Well located, you can walk to the local market and local shops. A big plus, the jacuzzi is very pleasant after a long drive. We'd love to stay here again.

We had a lovely stay. The accommodation is very nice, well decorated, functional, perfect for a large family or friends. Everything you need is available when you have a child (crib, high chair, changing mat, bathtub, lots of toys, books...). The host is responsive, gave us a lot of tips and precise directions. The accommodation is very well-located, in a quiet and peaceful environment. Thank you for all the comfort your home brought to our stay. It was very much appreciated, especially with a one and a half year old baby.

Had a great stay at Mélanie’s. It’s small but not at all cramped, and attractively designed. We had everything we could need. Really comfortable bed, good cooking and washing facilities. The place is a short walk from the centre of town and has a supermarket nearby. It’s easy to access the many cycle paths from the accommodation. Mélanie was a thoughtful and accommodating host. From booking our short notice stay, we had Benadettes full attention. Her communications were warm and welcoming. Her home is beautiful, tastefully furnished / decorated and comfortable. She welcomed our 2 dogs without any hesitation and told us where we could take them for walks. We will visit again and have already passed on the details to friends. Thank you Bernadette for sharing your house with us. We loved it.

Christelle's place was excellent for our family of 4: clean, comfortable and very accessible to the center of town. Christelle personally welcomed us into the unit, and provided several helpful recommendations. We enjoyed the balcony for an afternoon "apéro" and coffee in the living room which faces a quiet courtyard. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer. La Rochelle is a gem!

We had a great stay in this pleasant, clean and very well maintained apartment. When we arrived, the accommodation was perfectly clean, well ventilated and it smelled very good. The place is easy to access, secure and easy to find. The location is ideal, with many activities nearby: beach, zoo, restaurants, etc. The host was very responsive and available, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Only small downside: the environment can sometimes be a little noisy depending on the time of day. I highly recommend this apartment for a comfortable and well-located stay!

Absolutely perfect stay at Michel and Régine's, the location of the accommodation is ideal next to the market, shops and beautiful walks along the channel and oyster parks: everything can be done on foot. La Tremblade has retained the authentic character of the Charentes, and you can quickly access the magnificent beaches of the Côte Sauvage or the island of Oléron. The accommodation is very nice, quiet, with private parking and just the right amount of garden. It is particularly well equipped, there is absolutely nothing missing to feel at home. Michel and Régine are very attentive hosts, nothing was missing on our arrival for our breakfasts, and even much more! The arrival and departure procedures are extremely simple and leave an ideal latitude. I highly recommend this rental and keep it in my address book!

We had a great time at Antoine's place. Everything was as described, a very warm environment to feel at home. A terrace that is a plus on sunny days. The parking space and the bike room are really assets when you know the difficulty (and the price) of parking in Saint Martin. We strongly recommend!

We were delighted with our stay. The apartment matches the photos point by point. The kitchen is small but very functional with all the utensils, nothing is missing. Very well placed and equipped. Less than 10 minutes to the city centre. Well equipped. Perfect for a family. A little traffic and noise from the hospital next door. But good insulation of the windows. Good welcome. The market next door is a good point!
