We had a great stay in this very well located apartment, close to the beach, restaurants - bars, a park and other local shops. The apartment is good quality, very nice and really clean. Comfortable bedding. In short, we highly recommend it!

Everything was perfect. Cédric and Claire are great. Above all, very responsive to demand. Accommodation matches the photos. Near the thermal baths. Near the city centre. Near shops. A car is not required.

The house is located in the centre of the island, it is easy to radiate to discover different sectors (car or bike) Bike rentals at Beach bikes are not very far and are great! The house was superb - spacious, smart and very well-equipped in every respect. It has a lovely pool, pool house and poolside lounging area, which our children and grandchildren thoroughly enjoyed. Its location in Saint-Palais-sur-Mer is great, with one beach (Plage du Platin) within easy walking distance and others (Grand Coté, Bureau and Nauzan) just a little further away. There is a good boulangerie (which serves pizzas in the evening) and a seafood supplier just 5 minutes walk away. We would be very happy to stay with Catherine again and thoroughly recommend the house.

New accommodation, tastefully decorated, open to a peaceful patio that invites you to relax. Ideally located between the various beaches and a 25-minute walk from the iconic Royan market. Emmanuelle is available, warm and gives good advice.

The stay went very well, the house is ideally located in the city centre and allows you to do a lot on foot. The house is impeccable and very functional, with a barbecue and a small courtyard. The host was very welcoming and flexible with departure times. Just a small downside on the bed and house linen that is not included, for 3 or 4 beds it is not very practical and it adds a certain cost to the rental. I would recommend this house!

We had a great stay at Nadège's place. It is close to both the beach and La Rochelle. In addition, it has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

The apartment was completely renovated and impeccable. The location is very good and the host is always attentive and willing to help. Everything is very good. The only thing is, there's not much room for clothes if you're going for many days.
