Bourcefranc-le-Chapus is an oyster farming village ideally located at the foot of the Ile d'Oléron bridge, close to Marennes, Hier-Brouage and Rochefort. The blue house is in the center of Bourcefranc, a 3-minute walk from the market and 5 minutes from the beach. This rental consists of an equipped kitchen, living room - dining room, toilet and shower room. 2 bedrooms upstairs (2 beds of 140). The garden is walled with a covered terrace and shower for when you return from the sea.
