Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Boulogne-Billancourt

They were great hosts, always responding very quickly. The place was just as described and super affordable for something within 20 minutes from downtown Paris. Everything was clean and easy to use. They even provided not only towels but also basic hygiene products and water bottles. I will definitely consider having them as hosts again next time I visit Paris.

What a beautiful house in the country! Plenty of space, gorgeous backyard with lots to do & a convenient patio for dining al fresco. Nicholas was super helpful, responsive & a valuable resource. 15 min from Versailles & a quiant little village with friendly people, a beautiful church, and all the necessary shops within walking distance. Lots of hills in town & lots of stairs in the house so if you have health restrictions, 4 floors of living space & outside stairs might be challenging. If not, go for it. It's an absolute paradise in the country, perfect for relaxing, for hosting and for exploring a more leisurely pace of life. Nice spacious pool house with modern feel.The crocodile (statue) in the floor is a cool feature and the area is super nicely located at the river Marne with lots of walking and cycling space. Playground and little cafe in the park within a few hundred metres. Very convenient for travel into Paris by RER. Bakeries and supermarkets all in walking distance. You stay on owners property which is just stunning and has parking too. Friendly hosts that are very responsive.

Very pleasant stay in a charming quiet studio, in the greenery. Welcoming and responsive hostess. happy with our stay.

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

Dale and Gilles' accommodation is like a small island of tranquility in the metropolis of Paris. It is lovingly furnished, very well equipped (among other things, there was also coffee, tea and a few snacks in the fridge), you feel right at home. The location is also very convenient, with the metro line 9 you can quickly get to the centre of Paris. Dale and Gilles were wonderful hosts, they allowed us to check in earlier, greeted us in person and gave us great tips on restaurants. We were happy to stay with Dale and Gilles and will definitely come back! Thank you for the great days with you! :)

Perfect weekend, apartment with all the comforts, we were able to enjoy the terrace and the added bonus of the private parking, 10/15 min walk from the RER to walk around without constraints and go to the Eiffel Tower quickly, I will happily come back to this apartment 😄

Beautiful apartment in Heart of Paris, fully equipped, with wonderful French Atmosphere. All services nearby. Subway, shops, Restaurants. Great host. Simple everything 100%!!

I think this room overall is very good.It is about a 15-minute walk from the C train station, and the living environment is quiet.Everything is provided in the room, and check in and check out is also very easy.Overall, this is a great value for money and highly recommended.

This is a great place to stay at while going to the French open! Luis met us and showed us around to make sure we knew what to expect. Everything was clean and comfortable and it was a great place to come back to daily after exploring Paris. We would definitely stay again!

The accommodation was great, a little cocoon in a green setting. We were close to Paris, close to the tram, close to the metro, everything could be done on foot or by public transport. The apartment was very clean very well arranged. The other was very friendly, very responsive and their instructions were very clear. We even had some recommendations in the apartment for outdoor activities. In short, I recommend it.

The location was very quiet, very close to the U-BAHN. Even the apartment was very clean, it had everything you need. The only downside was the shower.

This is the best Airbnb in Paris!! Kazumi was so warm and welcoming making sure we were all settled in. We loved sitting on the balcony every night to watch the Eiffel Tower sparkle. Location was in a perfect spot, close to everything you'd want to go to via walking or metro. We will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Paris.

We (two families) with two children (1 & 2 years) were at Mehdi's home. We liked it very much and it was also child-friendly. It's a great location and we don't even need to talk about the view. Thank you for everything 🥰 A small tip, one more trash can in the bathroom would be great 😉

Very good accommodation, with a really good location whether it is for accessibility by car or public transport. Very responsive, available and accommodating hosts! It's very appreciable. A little hot at night (but we were there on days over 33 degrees and hot nights too) fortunately a fan was available in the accommodation which served us well!
