Panoramic view of the Baltic Sea, 15 metres to a beach with a jetty and beach bar. Fall asleep and wake up to the noise of waves. Two beds where you are located on the front row and look out over the sea. Kitchenette with two hot plates, microwave, coffee maker, fridge and freezer. Small dining area, two armchairs, TV, Wi-Fi. Bathroom with shower and toilet. Large terrace, gas grill. The house is located in the middle of the coastal village of Svarte, about 6 km to Ystad where you can easily drive by car or bike along the sea. Bus stop and train station with good public transport.

Welcome to a unique accommodation! Only 7 minutes' drive from Höör, or 40 minutes' walk through the woods from the train station, is this charming house built in 1914. The house has an open floor plan, 5 rooms spread over 100 m2, fireplace, exposed beams, country kitchen and 2 beds that are made when you arrive. Lovely forest plot with greenhouse, woodshed and generous patios. The railway runs next to the plot but there is no other traffic that disturbs. In winter, you are surrounded by water, in summer, high vegetation. Here you live in a stylish house overlooking the forest. Design by Sorgenfri Build Concept. Free parking on a shared driveway. Electric vehicle charging available. The house is about 50 meters from our own house. Happy children's screams can therefore sometimes be heard nearby.
