We had a lovely stay at Oliver farm! It was exactly as the photos, very clean, with plenty of toys and games for the kids, which we found a nice touch. It was very easy to find, located in a beautiful, quiet no through lane. Close to foot paths, a tea room. It is also close Askam bar park and ride for trips to York. I would highly recommend Oliver farm and I hope to be back soon, Thank you for a lovely stay.

Sivesh warmly welcomed us on our arrival and introduced us to the lovely house. The house was big, warm and full of characters. The beds were comfortable and the water pressure was really good. Pathma was very responsive when we had a question about Wi-Fi. They also provided a highchair and a cot for my baby, which was very accommodating. The baby watched loads of planes taking off from the kitchen window, which was new and exciting for him and definitely a plus point for us!

Sophie is a great host, friendly and welcoming, and very responsive to any queries. The information book she provided in the flat was very helpful. It was a real pleasure to stay here. The flat was clean and comfortable with everything we needed, in a beautiful quiet setting. The patio was a lovely sun trap in the evenings for a drink with stunning views! The local village shop was well stocked with both essentials and a deli counter, and the butcher had a lovely bakery as well as a selection of homemade meals and the best steak we’ve ever had! We ate out one night at the local pub and had a really good meal. There also seems to be a really good bus service that runs regularly through the day if you needed it, but from here you are within easy reach of places to visit like Robin Hood’s bay, Whitby, the coast and the beautiful North York moors. We can highly recommend staying here and would definitely return.

We had a lovely stay at The Samson Suite last week. It was lovely and clean and beautifully furnished. All the linen was best quality and the bed was so comfortable. It was great to be able to sit outside on the sunny patio as it was so peaceful and private. The suite was easy to find and the parking was great. Its just a short flat walk into Beverley with lots of places to eat, shop and visit. Beverley Minster is also close by. Top class place to stay and we will definitely return. Pauline and Graham were truly awesome hosts. A warm couple who are passionate about the home and family and who were so welcoming. The kennel offers more than enough space, was pristine throughout and beautifully decorated. We loved our stay at the kennel, pity we did not travel with our dogs as we know they would also have been welcome! Graham we also loved your beautiful garden. Thank you for the tour !

We had a fabulous stay in this beautiful flat, full of beautiful original features. It's so spacious and our kids loved staying in the castle! We had everything we needed and Caroline was great at keeping in touch. Many thanks Caroline!

Lindsey was a brilliant host. She was very friendly and helpful and made us feel very welcome. Property was immaculate and had everything you could need. Will definitely stay there again when in Sheffield.

Molly and Dean's s place was just perfect for my daughter and I - a beautiful, comfortable "home from home" place! We had everything we needed and the place was filled with lovely thoughtful items that we both really appreciated. The kitchen had all the necessities and the addition of tea/coffee/milk/bread/butter/jam/hot chocolate felt like a very lovely gesture. The location was just what I hoped for and we had a great time! We will definitely be back to the Hill View! Thank you very much, Molly and Dean!

The minute we pulled up to the car parking space and entered, we felt at home. It was lovely and warm, great kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. There was everything we needed for a two night stay. Amelia also left us with breakfast bits , milk and juice. Which was lovely to wake up to. We found there was plenty of space and we had a really comfortable sleep. Amelia was very responsive and friendly with messaging and she even left us some home made ginger bread and mince pie 😊 The tram was a 10 minute drive, free parking and easy to get to Manchester City. Tesco extra and amenities are less than 10 minute drive away. We will definitely stay again when going to Manchester.

Nancys place is perfect! Stayed for the night as I was working in Manchester and the room was clean and full of everything you could need. Nancy is a great host and brought me a fan to help with the hot weather that day! 100% recommend, 5 ⭐️.

Small but perfectly formed! Everything we needed, including a very comfortable bed, an excellent shower, a great little kitchen, and a beautiful patio area to sit in and enjoy the views.

The accommodation was just lovely. extremely clean and comfortable and in a very peaceful setting. Everything was perfect.

The place was lovely and cosy for the evening. The best part was actually the garden with the egg chair, the zen garden and the water feature. It was so relaxing I could have sat there all night. Would definitely stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay in Lisa’s studio apartment. It had a small balcony where we could sit , listen to the birds and enjoy the view . The apartment is in a very quiet residential neighbourhood in a pleasant village and there are many interesting places to visit nearby. It’s a good base for visiting both the coast and the North York Moors . A breakfast basket of essentials was a welcome surprise . Thanks Lisa ! Roger & Julie .

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Crystal and Andy’s place, it had everything we could need We got out into the wonderful surrounding countryside each day and enjoyed discovering new places. With lots of other places we would like to explore on future trips to the area. Crystal, Andy, Reuben and Delancey were very friendly and helpful. It was lovely to see and hear the children playing and enjoying the sunny weather And thanks for the wonderful banana bread

A lovely place to stay - very clean, comfortable and quiet. The apartment is very on trend and well equipped with everything you could need. Only a few minutes walk into town but very peaceful with a nice little patio area to sit outside. Ripon is a lovely town with a beautiful cathedral. One little problem with the TV (due to our technical incompetence!) was quickly resolved by Liz's son). No hesitation in recommending

Wonderful property and hosts. Extremely clean and everything you could possibly want was there. They even left us essential supplies for our arrival. The bed was fabulous too. Annexe just off their home, felt completely separate. Would definitely recommend 100%

Comfortable and convenient stop on our way to Scotland. Very handy for the M6. We didn't meet the owners but everything was ready for us and access straight forward. We had our dog with us but didn't find any nice walks from the door. We walked along the lane but it wasn't pleasant with a number of cars travelling along. There was a nice park a few miles away that we passed on the way to the accommodation.

The most lovely stay at Town End Barn. I was only there for a short stay but it felt very homely and cosy, with so many lovely little touches. Everything has been thought about and everything you might need available. After a 26 mile hike it was a perfect place to come back to - and have a hot bath! So well located for exploring Cumbria and the Yorkshire Dales. Thank you Jo!

We enjoyed staying in Hazel's lovely, clean cottage. Sitting by the river at the bottom of the garden, on a sunny afternoon, was delightful. Easy access to York via Park & Ride.

Lovely little stay. It was quite remote is my only feedback but otherwise everything was fantastic. Host responsive, space idyllic and roomy. Loved the little courtyard area too just a shame there weren’t more mapped walks to follow as I’d have liked to have done more on the last day but hey. No fault of the host or the venue
