Irene’s home is very warm and beautiful, nicely themed house with her life experiences all over the world, it was beautiful chatting with her.A very friendly lady, accommodating me last minute, I was also offered a wonderful humble meal , would stay again in the future!

We used this as a base for a couple of days cycling and it was ideal. Fiona and James were very friendly. Everything was as expected. Short (but slightly muddy) walk to a pleasant pub serving good food.

Had a fantastic stay at Pondon Mill this weekend. We were made to feel so welcome, the breakfast was fantastic. We did establish our dog is scared of cats, but as Barbara suggested we just need to get one of our own to train him. We will definitely be returning. Amazing setting, lovely people. Fantastic place to stay with so much history. Thank you for having us!

We stayed for a wedding that was happening locally in Marsden. Flexible check-in made it nice and easy to drop our bags and get dressed before heading into Marsden. Taxi back from Marsden was only £7 and we walked back in the next day to get our car with a pavement running all the way into town. Accommodation was spotless, bed was comfy, shower was hot and powerful. Complimentary coffee and tea. Couldn’t find fault at all. We opted for breakfast the next morning at £15 per person. Included full English, toast & jams, tea/coffee and juice. Was very well cooked. Thank you 😀

Tina and Jasper were lovely hosts, very responsive and helpful for minor issues that occurred during our stay which they quickly resolved. The apartment was beautiful, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The surrounding land is lovely and quiet, great for walks even in the rain! Highly recommended hosts and location. Would love to stay again!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay with Sian who is a wonderful host! We thoroughly enjoyed chatting with her about shared interests and the local area as she showed us around the beautiful and immaculately presented house (which is even better than the photos). Our room was spotless and beautifully furnished. Location was ideal, on the edge of the stunning village of Grassington surrounded by countryside, walks, swims and plenty of other attractions well placed nearby. Lovely sheltered and private spot, excellent breakfasts to set you up for your days adventures! We love it here and can't wait to come back! Thank you Sian!

The place was spotless, beautifully styled, and had every little touch that made it feel like a home away from home — and even breakfast included, we felt truly welcomed. Carol is very Helpful and Responsive. She has roamed a lot in India and also some other part of the world and can indulge into meaningful discussions. The room is full of things that she has collected from India and some other parts , which is interesting. The breakfast served by her was tasty and to our liking. Would love to come back and stay again at her place.

Katy & Stephen are really friendly and made us welcome. Our room was spotlessly clean, peaceful and comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast provided with lovely home made bread and jams. It's in a lovely area, with lots of great walks to explore.

We loved our stay at Ruth’s. She was a wonderful host, ensuring that we had a most comfortable and enjoyable time in her special house. Of all the places we have stayed in Whitby, this was by far the best. We can’t wait to return!

Spent a very comfortable night at Mulgrave, wouldn’t hesitate to go back. Spacious room, great shower and a lovely breakfast. Surroundings are very tranquil lovely spot to relax.

Ruby is a very helpful host, lots of friendly communication before arrival and during my stay. The location is excellent for visiting the Christie hospital where my husband was having treatment, literally over the road! There is a small Sainsbury's just down the road towards Wythenshawe and other supermarkets within a 20 minute walk in Didsbury. Having off road parking was another big bonus as on road parking can be time limited. The bed was comfortable and I had everything I needed for my stay, including snacks, breakfast cereal, tea and coffee. If I need to stay in this area in the future I will definitely try to book here again!

Helen is a wonderful host and I can’t recommend her enough ! The room is cosy and clean, communication is smooth, and her cat will make you feel at home in no time. Thank you for another lovely stay !

From the moment we booked, Louise’s exceptional communication made us feel like VIPs. Her hospitality was truly outstanding - warm, welcoming, and attentive. Such a beautiful room, with its cozy interior, was an absolute delight. Every detail reflected a thoughtful consideration to making our stay incredibly comfortable and relaxing. A special highlight was the stunning summer house in the garden. It provided the perfect spot to relax and soak in the serene surroundings whilst playing a game of Scrabble and a cup of tea. A very comfortable bed, and roomy bathroom made for a V.pleasant stay. As others have commented previously, the breakfast that you provided was amazing and plentiful, and it was really lovely to talk to both Louise and Rich for a little while after. True hospitality consists of giving the best of yourself to your guests, and Louise certainly embodies this spirit when hosting. A real treat to stay at this AirBnB… we are sure to return again. We had a lovely 1 night stay at Sawcliffe! We started off our trip by visiting the doggy spa with our dog and every detail was thought about. We loved the spa as it’s not something you can ever do with your dog, loved the thought! Emily was so helpful and provided us with help if we asked and fab recommendations. The house and grounds are beautiful and we were lucky enough to see the Ponies. The bed was so comfy, we slept like babies. 1000% would recommend and would love to come back. Jenny was a great host. Thoughtful and responsive. Great location for an easy walk into Hebden Bridge - right next to the canal towpath. Good public transport links too.

This was the perfect stay for a local wedding - the hosts were the friendliest and most accommodating of our arrival, plans and all requests we had during our stay. Would give 6 stars 🌟 for the hosts if this was possible as they couldn’t have been more friendly welcoming. The bacon sandwiches for breakfast were spot on and the bar in the pub was incredibly welcoming. The room was clean and had everything we needed, the bed was really comfortable as well. Great stay

Richard is an amazing host. As soon as we arrived he offered us a welcomed cup of tea. We sat in the beautiful garden chatting easily with Richard and Neil…like old friends. The accommodation was lovely…so tastefully decorated! The room is very private and quiet…overlooking the garden. Breakfast was enjoyed in the bright sun room. Richard makes delicious coffee. We wish we could have stayed longer. An absolute gem. Highly recommend Bow View!

A lovely stay in a beautiful village. The room was comfortable and looked just like the photos. The bathroom is right next to the bedroom and is huge and absolutely spotless - the shower was great. There was a huge bath too which I didn't use but looked like it'd be lovely. I had an evening walk around Skelton which is a beautiful peaceful village with a really pretty church and village green. Anne was really friendly and recommended a route I could take. She was responsive and helpful throughout the whole process. I'd definitely stay again.

Amazing value spot to spend a night while on a bike tour in the North York Moors. Loved it!

Tracey runs an exceptional accommodation, we wanted for absolutely nothing this weekend. The guest lounge is stocked with everything you could ever want, we were completely spoilt for choice at breakfast. The room and bathroom were spotless. Tracey is the more accommodating host and so friendly and helpful. I wouldn't hesitate in booking again
