The extensive gilding cure included a core renovation of the entire building, a complete annex on the east side as well as an extension around a living floor. On the 1st floor, 2nd floor and 3rd floor, the golden eagle invites you to stay above the historic rooftops of Markdorf.

Our romantic double rooms are located in our historic main building with a view of the old town, as well as in the quieter rear part of the main building or in the modernized annex. There's room for all the clothes you bring to a wardrobe or closet. The sink with hairdryer is located in the room, shower and toilet are located separately from the room. The temperature in both rooms is regulated separately. The rooms have a TV.

We are a French/German family offering a romantic, spacious, quiet room with large undivided bathroom/toilet. Garden with fireplace, playground, chickens/rabbits Sauna use for a fee. We offer cooking together and sitting together as well as the possibility to withdraw. You have direct access to the terrace with your own seating. We look forward to welcoming you.

Simple single room in the listed building

Simple but charming accommodation in a village setting. First floor and 2nd floor with a total of 4 rooms that are rented individually. Suitable for cyclists. The kitchen can be shared on request and for a fee of €5 per day, with careful treatment and consideration for the other guests. The price is for the room if the bedding is removed by the guest himself.

The standard rooms are usually located to the pedestrian zone or to the courtyard of the Hotel Ochsen.
