Dear guests, this dreamlike flat (90m²) is located about 100m from the Beach and Yacht harbour and offers a magnificent view over the lake and its breathtaking sunsets. The house is so close to the lake that in summer you can easily go home wrapped in a bath towel. Want to take a quick dip? No problem! Our apartment is very tranquil and completely quiet in a street parallel to the lake. It is located on the 2nd floor and has a nice wrap-around balcony with a table and chairs for enjoying a lovely day in the sun. Only a small walk separates you from the shore of the natural beach pool and the other many tempting leisure activities. We now also have a charging station for electric vehicles. In our house there is another apartment….Captains Suite. A sauna is included.
